I love bonanza. The people are number one always nice,the scenery is beautiful ,the games are great,and the players card is the best of all the others these are all 5 star . What cost the star are their restaurant hours (want them 24 hrs but they are 24 hrs during the weekend )
I have been coming to The Bonanza Casino for years, and although I don’t always win, I can honestly say, I have never had a bad experience here. Staff here are exceptional, and Erlinda Enders is a perfect example. Erlinda is always welcoming and friendly, willing to spend a few moments to engage with both us, asks if we need anything, and goes the extra mile to see it is done if we do. My husband and I showed up late to the coffee shop on Saturday night and there were four workers. It was about 11 P.M. and the restaurant was quiet but as the evening went on several more people showed up late night but I just wanted to say that the four people that were working, it was a young guy too young waitresses.
