I wish I felt like this place deserved one star... stopped in for a coffee while shopping and ordered two drinks off their special. After saying it five times, pointing to the menu and waiting literally eight minutes for her to find it in the system, I watched them make the iced drinks. The first make a hot drink and dump it over the ice, melting it, and add more ice to stop it off. Cant taste any flavor because the drink is watered down milk... don't waste your time or money.

Maintains a nice aesthetic given the environment of the mall. The menu has great variety and they seem to use quality ingredients. We got the special which was a tiger boba and it tasted creamy and delicious. We also got one of the brownies which they said was homemade; flavor was excellent. Friendly service and seems to be a family business. I would definitely visit again.

2 stars for decent customer service. Really wanted to like this place! Something that really turned me off about Boss coffee & creamery is the fact that they nickle & dimed me.. They charge for whip cream & caramel & also 1$ for espresso in a frappe. For 2 frappe's, I paid 17.79.. Next time, I'll just go to Starbs! Supporting local businesses is really important to me, but price gouging doesn't really sit well with me. Never have I paid that much for my caffeine fix. Lesson learned today, always always always check prices on everything before going up to order. You will not be made aware of the extra hidden costs, not until you have your card swiped & you realize how much it all is. Atleast the frappe tasted yummy. Won't be back.

Ever need a quick pick-me-up after going in and out of 3 stores? Stop at Boss Coffee and Creamery then! Get coffee or get some ice cream or be like me and order both. I recommend their hot coffees =)

This coffee shop inside the mall is pretty bad. I ordered an Italian Soda. I should have asked if it had cream but then thought the menu should probably state this. The menu does not. I watched the barista make my drink then I stopped her. I let her know I don't want it with cream so she made me a new one without. My husband ordered a white mocha. He asked for it hot versus iced. It was 130 degrees tops. Not hot at all. And it was bitter. He took it back and they said he couldn't have a refund but she could remake it. The second one was worse than the first. We threw it out. We want our money back but since they don't do that we will never go there again.

Worst coffee shop ever I got my entire crew coffee from there like 6 workers and all of us where about to throw up (we also had to send one person home) because the coffee was sooo disgusting 1 it tasted old 2 the creamer was spoiled like wtf and it's literally more expensive then Starbucks I like come on also the worker didn't know the difference between a regular and medium because I asked for medium and they gave me 6 regular coffees like come on i would just walk to Starbucks if I where you (it's across the mall)

I ordered a Vanilla latte, a sandwich and a brownie. I was helped and served all within 5 minutes! Very sweet lady and this was all during the chaos of Black Friday so excellent service!

Heck no. I just ordered a MEDIUM mocha frappuccino with an added shot, almond milk, extra caramel drizzle, and whip cream and my total was $11.50. I was trying to patronize the local coffee shops instead of giving Starbucks my cash. This is highway robbery and I will not be back. She said all of my extra condiments were the reason for the astronomical cost. Edit: The drink was excellent but only worth half of what I paid.

I decided to get a cup of coffee around 2 PM today. It was very full so I only put in a small amount of cream, but that was ok. When I took a sip it was not hot. I drank a few more sips but I like my coffee hot. I took it back up to the counter and told the lady that my coffee was lukewarm . She said "oh" , not I'm sorry just oh. She took my cup and stuck it in the microwave. Really! the only thing worse than lukewarm coffee is microwaved coffee. When she gave it back to me she said you know the cream is cold so it cools off the coffee. It doesn't make it lukewarm I told her. I spent 20 year in restaurant service, not how I would have handled it. Lukewarm coffee, uncaring service and a lecture, I won't be back.
