2 star because the food is delicious, but the attitude given to you at the window is crazy not to mention not receiving my full order for a meal that's promoted ONLINE. And when I call to say something this older guy answers and proceeded to not just talk over me multiple times but didn't offer to solve no issues, a simple apology would've been great, no need to be defensive.

Not a local but I come to Reno from time to time to work. I've been to this location once before I guess a year ago, not sure really but it's been a while. Boston market is few and far between where I'm from, couldn't tell you where one was so I don't know the menu that well. I knew i wanted meat loaf, wasn't sure of the sides I wanted besides mashed potatoes, you get two sides. So admittedly I was slow to order sides at the drive through, the lady that originally spoke gave up and a male voice popped in. I don't think I was taking that long I finished my order, including a large drink then drove forward. My turn at the window, while fast service the bag was just about thrown out the window. After I got my debit card back. She closes the window and I'm waiting for the drink I ordered, she says I didn't pay for one, which was true according to the receipt but I asked for one at the speaker... I pull a 5 dollar bill out and she storms over to the fountain and partially fills and hands me a small, takes the 5 and shoved it in the tip jar and shut the window. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes were fine though.

My friends and I stumbled upon this Boston Market after the Ulta stop next door. We were all hungry so we thought we stop by to get a quick lunch before heading to Lake Tahoe. I've been to Boston Market many times and this is not my favorite one, here is my tale.. We walked in and I ordered the 3 piece chicken (with Thai glaze) combo with corn, mac and cheese, with corn bread. My 3 friends got the whole rotisserie chicken, fried chicken sandwich, and another 3 piece chicken combo. Upon chowing down, we all thought the sides had been sitting out for a long time, especially the artichoke dip and Mac & Cheese. The rotisserie chicken wasn't very fresh either. Needless to say, an hour after our lunch, all of my friends had stomach problems and we had to make several bathroom pit stops on the way to Tahoe! It was intense, our stomachs were making noises in loud IMAX surround sound. To alleviate the intensity, we had to get an XL bottle of Pepto Bismo to share among us. This was not only for the day of, but for the entire 3 day weekend we were there! I'm not sure what was in the chicken, or sides, or maybe it was just a bad batch. Neither my friends or I would want to experience this again. What was supposed to be an epic Tahoe trip, turned into an epic bathroom trip instead~

So sad what some restaurants have turned into. This place tastes nothing like it did 20 years ago. The corn is bland (used to be so buttery!), the mashed potatoes are No longer made in house and the meatloaf was dry trash. Completely disappointed and that will be my first and last visit in over 20 years.

We keep meaning to try Boston Market and opted to try the food to go. The "regular" order size seems a bit small but then again I'm used to old-timey casino portions. The food tasted good and the service was alright. Maybe next time we'll try dining-in instead of drive-thru.

Walked over from Walmart to eat lunch while my car is being serviced. Lobby was not open. Can't believe this is still an issue and shows lack of management ability. Will not ever return.

Decided to try the Prime Rib since they have been out of Turkey for awhile now. Do Not get the Prime Rib!!. $20 for a piece of meat you can't even cut with a knife or even try to chew. It was so tough and dry. I just had to throw it away. Can't believe they would sell it. It was even too tough for my dog to chew. Waste of money!
I do not recommend this place the best thing about this place is there drinks raspberry iced tea I ordered the half chicken mashed potatoes and red potatoes everything was cold even the cornbread I was disappointed..

I have been a fan of Boston Market food since they opened. This location not so much. I received emails stating I can go in during the thanksgiving holiday and order anytime inside or drive through off the regular menu or the holiday menu. When I arrived the day before thanksgiving I was greeted at the door by a lady who told me that the public is not allowed inside for any kind of ordering and the drive through was closed. It should be noted in the email that the one and only location in the entire city has different rules. A thirty minute drive one way for nothing.
