First time experience for all 4 in our party and unfortunately, the last time we'll dine here. Server was inattentive, frequently absent and confused. Wait time for drinks and food was excessive, given the lack of diners. Salads arrived with entrees with no apologies or rationale. Food was average at best. Disappointing on all levels.

We split the fish, shrimp and chips dish. It was cooked to perfection and the two sauces that came with it were delicious and spicy (a bonus!). They have a nice beer selection that should appeal to most everyone. Our friends had the salad which was quite large and tasty. The server was quite pleasant and helpful. We will be going back!

I had the best time there! A great place to meet friends have drinks and delicious food! The crab artichoke was amazing and the torta cubana brings new flavors! I totally recomend this place! They have outdoor sitting and the nicest roof top in Reno!

I went about a week ago.
Overall - Wonderful staff, Good food, Amazing design In main room, Cook staff that is poorly taken care of, Unpleasant entrance and patio

Service - We sat at the bar. Angel took care of us, and he was so lovely! Maya sat us and came around to talk to us every so often. They were both really lovely and helped me with my friend that's going through a breakup. They both helped us choose from the menu and get nice drinks.

Food - I got the Brasserie Burger with Poutine and a side of Fries. The fries were perfect and came with a delicious spicy ketchup. The Burger was delicious. I haven't had a burger that good in a while. However, I ordered Poutine with Sausage Gravy, but got the Mushroom Gravy. The Mushroom Gravy was very bland and not good at all.

Order Problem - As I said, I ordered the Sausage Gravy and got Mushroom Gravy. I know Angel got it right because we talked about the mistake. It seems that the POS system is causing lots of problems. I believe they need to work on supporting the cook staff. The food they made was great.

Atmosphere - First off, the entrance hallway is a mess. It is so long and had a horrible vibe. There is a mess on the right side where it looks like the host should be. When I finally made it to the main room it was a relief. It was actually very nice inside. A wonderful rustic charm, with very nice, soft lighting. However, the host station seemed too small. Maya had to juggle a lot of things. For a nicer restaurant, I expect a pleasant entrance and a thoughtfully organized host station. I went out to the patio and it was okay. It felt very blank and boring. This was a big contrast to the well designed interior. Outside there are these large stone walls left completely blank. It felt kind of like a prison yard. I was not able to make it upstairs but I have heard good things.

Under new management, this rustic brasserie is a must-visit destination for food lovers and craft beer enthusiasts alike. Recently renovated, the space now features a stunning rooftop patio — perfect for enjoying their impressive micro brew selection while taking in the fresh air and views. Inside, old-world European comfort dishes and American classics are given new life, prepared with the same reverence as their beer. The warm, inviting ambiance and attentive service make it a standout choice for casual nights out or special gatherings.

We sampled an incredible spread, starting with bone marrow canoes that were silky, savory perfection, followed by crispy wings, golden fries, and artisan pizza fresh from the oven. The tacos were bursting with flavor, but the highlight was the Southern Flame board — tender picaña, rich Argentinian steak, and smoky blood sausage paired with fried yuca, bright chimichurri, and fiery llajua sauce. With every bite complemented by one of their expertly crafted micro brews, this brasserie proves that its blend of rustic soul and culinary artistry makes it a must-visit destination in town.

I used to love this establishment. It is under new ownership. The food was good. Service was poor. They were out of many of the food items on the menu. Hopefully, these are growing pains with new owners. Maybe try again again in six months.

We were greeted by a lovely host named Eva. Our server Adele was amazing and attentive. We've been here twice now, the first place was purely by accident. The second time we went with a purpose: more great food! We highly recommend the portobello fries and poutine. My favorite sandwich is the lobster roll. On our next visit we will definitely try the bone marrow!
