Disappointed in our experience, here. We had a party of six and after sitting at the table for far too long, we had to get up and go to the bar to order drinks. The drinks were good. The food was just meh. Large portions, but just not memorable. Our server seemed annoyed to be there. No smile, we had to flag her down to clear our plates. Not terrible, just nothing compelling enough to make me want to go back.

Greeted and seated immediately. Excellent service and delicious food. We loved our server and met the nice manager. Great experience and we would highly recommend ❤️

We love Brasserie Saint James. Staff are always so friendly and accommodating, and they make the most amazing cocktails. We have had the burger, the mussels, the pizza, the fish & chips, the steak salad, and so much more. All is amazing...never disappointed!

We love this place. You feel like you are in a European pub. The food is pub fare but it's very good. Great happy hour prices! We had amazing service.

Casual in feel with food that is a big step up from a normal brewery style reataurant. Wine and cocktail menu is obviously curated by a pro. A must visit in Reno!!

Opentable Diner

Food is great. Service was not. Food came out disjointed before drinks. One persons dish did not come out until the rest were done.

My daughter and I visited for Sunday brunch. We were seated quickly but then ot took nearly 10 minutes for oir server to come to the table to greet us. Our order of chicken and waffles, and eggs Benedict took over 45 minutes to arrive. The food was average at best and we agreed that neither of us would be returning again.

I this was our first time visiting this restaurant. We shared a flight of craft beer which was really nice. We got to choose which six we wanted to try. My husband had the Porchetta sandwich and I had the fish, shrimp, and chips. The Porchetta sandwich was definitely one to try!!! The breading on the fish and shrimp was a little too thick and soggy for my liking. We definitely would like to go back though and try another dish. And we really enjoyed the ambience.

This was my first time at Brasserie, but it had been recommended, so we wanted to check it out.
I will start with the two positives. The service provided by the bartender (Gavin?) was fantastic, and he even found the head chef to inquire if one of the sauces was vegan for me. Also, while a little salty, the fries were good.

They had a beer/sandwich combo for $24, and the vegan option was an impossible burger with a substituted vegan bun/cheese. It did not state that there was any additional charge to substitute, nor were we told, but there was an extra charge on the check.
I had to leave about 75% of my burger, because it was inedible. Not only had the cook pressed it so thin that it was completely dry, the amount of salt on it made it impossible to eat. I'm not sure, that's what they meant when they gave it the name. I was with a friend, who is a chef (and also eats meat), and she thought maybe I was exaggerating. She took one bite of my burger, and as we were leaving she said her tongue was still burning from how salty it was.
Maybe their other options are good, but if you are vegan I definitely do not recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately the new menu lost the cheese grits with kale and now the fried chicken, although very crispy, has no flavor. We had to ask for salt and pepper. The menu says thigh and breast, but I got a leg and two thighs - I like dark meat, but if you're a white meat person, be warned. The slaw was heavy on the mayo.

The flank steak salad had a nicely grilled steak with tasty chimichuri. I'd order that again, but since I came for the fried chicken, this place is off my list now.

The food used to be good but the price and the quality of the food now is horrible. And the atmosphere was very dirty the floors had dust and tables were not cleaned properly.
