Lady working closing shift told us they were closed at 7:50 when they actually close at 8 absolutely terrible customer service and wouldn’t even try to help us took my business else where and probably won’t come back if she’s still working there

My go-to neighborhood boba stop, love stopping here after walking the dog because I deserve tasty treats too. Highly recommend the tiger brown sugar and hokkaido.

Way overpriced at $8.92 +tax for 16oz, the boba was slightly overcooked and a bit chewy. But overall, almost as good as the Meadowood Mall location!

I ordered the Halo Halo milk tea and what I received was poor customer service from “Anessa” and a poorly made milk tea that was entirely jelly and the syrup it’s stored in, boba, and what I can guess is water. And Anessa refused to remake the drink with more Ube. When asking for a refund, a refund was given after I told her I would charge back my card the refund, minus the 15% tip. Which had to additionally be asked to be refunded.Extremely poor service and even worse drink from this place it was disgusting.

I've always loved the Boba at this place, My husband and I used to always come here but within the last couple of months, they got a new girl, not sure what her name is but she's extremely unprofessional, has no customer service and always has an excuse as to why she doesn't have certain drinks available or can't make the drink we want. They used to have another girl who was super nice and always willing to attend us with a very sweet, welcoming way of being, please bring her back. This last Sunday, we arrived 30 minutes before closing and she refused to take our order, not sure why but please train employee's to have decent customer service if they're working in a place that requires customer service.

Good variety of drink flavors, non-dairy milks, and boba types. Overall quality compares with shops in San Francisco or Pittsburgh that I’ve liked, and prices were reasonable. I got the Hokkaido tea flavor with coconut milk and regular boba and it was delicious. I’d definitely go here again if I’m ever in the area.

They always make it the way you want it and it's always good. Very fast service. Just wish they had drive-thru.Parking: Parking behind building is limited but never seems to be full.

I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service. We ordered 5 drinks and they made one incorrectly providing us with the wrong drinks. When we asked them to remake it they refused saying we should have read the screen and it was our fault. They said it was a waste of product and were not accepting accountability. The drinks we received weren't even made properly and the boba itself was hard. I am disgusted with the treatment we received and will never be going back. I will be contacting management regarding this interaction.

10/10 would recommend. Price is very affordable, tea is delicious, staff are super friendly. Ordered a mango milk tea with strawberry popping boba for myself and a mango fruit tea with mango popping boba for my mom. Both teas were $6.21 for two separate orders. Thanks Bubble Tea Station!^^ xxx

Went to go and get some boba before work and was left waiting by the cashier as she was taking a personal call. I thought maybe she didn't see me and said hello through the speaker and she held up a finger as she continued to take her call. Continued to wait and then decided to leave when it seemed like she wasn't going to be hanging up any time soon. Didn't realize that this was customer service now a days.

Me and my sister went with my kids this afternoon for the first time and we ordered to tiger bobas. When we received the order the employee placed the drinks down with tape that was stuck to each other. My sister went to grab one while she was holding my son. Since they were stuck together from the tape from the receipt, the second fell. The employee witnessed the whole thing. My sister than went to pick up the broken drink and look for trash can. We were then told by the customers that were in line behind us she was going to make a new one. (Would make sense right?). Well she ended up not making a new one. So my sister then re entered the line and bought a new one. When I she recieved the new drink it wasn’t even properly sealed making it impossible to shake like it’s supposed to be.I re approached the ordering window & asked the employee what her name was. She said Ayesha (excuse me if it’s incorrect). I asked why was my sister re-charged for the remake due it falling… her response was that she wasn’t responsible for the drinks after she puts them down. But she taped them together with the order receipt. So I asked for the owners name and she refused to give it to me, so I wrote this instead so the owner could see. I don’t know if she gave me a fake name but your employee was rude and gave terrible customer service. We went on Monday the 20th of February at 12:20 in the afternoon. Maybe have a chat with her about some customer service skills.Besides that the drinks were mediocre.
