Walked in after work for a beer. Beer was cold. Everything was great. I'll be a regular.

I placed a DD order with two items. Neither one were correct. I recieved shrimp skewers, instead of chicken. A beef melt, instead of turkey. DD tells you to call the restaurant. I call the restaurant and I am told they don't know how they can help me. I say, I would like what I ordered. I am then told he will have to call me back because he doesn't know how they can do that. Of course, they never called.me back. I ordered dinner from a different restaurant. Thanks, Bullys!!!!

Everyone who works there is amazing... Moe, Tom, & Shannon are such great bartenders and Mary is our favorite waitress...
It's always such a treat when she has the opportunity to tend the bar!

Y’all put your heart and SOULS into this food and I EVEN got delivery. That stuff was PIPING HOT! I’m mean y’all must have been cooking this stuff in the back seat of the doordashers car!!!!

Would not recommend. Ordered a margarita. Bar remade drink three times - all undrinkable. First drink was virtually clear, cloyingly sweet, tasted vaguely like lemonade. I thought they had made the wrong drink. Second attempt, they added club soda "to cut the sweetness" and seemed surprised when I said the drink was still unacceptable. The third time they proudly announced that the bartender had opened a new bottle of "mix" on my behalf. Granted, the drink now looked more like a margarita - but it didn't taste like tequila or lime. Am unclear whether they were pouring some kind of pre-made mix or it was just some ghastly cheap sweet and sour. Servers were initially defensive, one saying that she was a bartender as if that was some sort of defense for the poor drink. I'm a bartender too - for 15 years in SF hotels. The right thing to do would have been to remove the drink from the check, I obviously was unhappy, and drink wasn't consumed. But they didn't, so the whole experience was unpleasant, and while the food was ok, you can get the same or better elsewhere with a better bar. Do not recommend.

I was enjoying my flight of beer when the manager abruptly approached my table to remove my flight aggressively while yelling at me that she had seen my friend take a sip of one of the samples. I attempted to discuss this issue with her before realizing that she had nearly darted away from my table with the flight in order to, I guess, save the beer? As I approached her at the register following the outburst, she rudely explained to me that her busser had, “Seen my friend take a sip of one of the beers.” This is actually insane. Not once did my friend even touch one of the beers and if she had, I would not have brought her there. Pls go to a different location if you are considering going to Bullys. The food is good but the staff at this location is far less than kind.

For watching sports, it's a good place. I ordered food and was disappointed ?. The menu item I had reads like top of the breakfast , but what I was brought was only a little bit better than a frozen microwave breakfast. Come for the games and eat before you go there.

Cant believe this place is even in business. Seems like a hangout for lowlife alcoholics who don't care what they eat, because they are too drunk to even know what they ordered.Some of the worst food we have ever had in Reno. I hope this place goes out of business so we can get a good restaurant in this building.
