Ordered a thai tea and was very disappointed. The boba itself was very chalky (possibly undercooked) and the thai tea had a very powdery flavor and was extremely sweet. The place has a cute environment and has games that you can play. Service was fast, but I was the only customer on a weekday during lunch time. Overall, I appreciated the environment and the friendly staff, but was not very happy with the drink flavor no boba texture.

TL DR: Cute Boba establishment that also serves bubble waffles. If you're looking for a place that can hold a few friends with some fun activities this would be a great location. I have not tried their Boba but many options and ways to customize your drinks. The bubble waffles are OK but I would encourage you try it with some toppings. Disclaimer I am picky when it comes to bubble waffles. My comparison point is always to those of establishments and businesses from Hong Kong where these waffles originated. Bubble waffles: 3/5 These waffles are OK. They have a nice crisp to them but their batter isn't an authentic vanilla style batter that's true to that of a Hong Kong bubble waffle. Traditionally the outsides are really crispy, the insides are very pillowy and there's also a mildly sweet, vanilla flavor. There was nice caramelization for these waffles; however, if you have this plain this will be quite bland. The owners did offer some powdered sugar, but I declined as I wanted to try their base flavor. They do offer other flavors of these waffles and I'm assuming there's more flavor to those. Because this is such a blank canvas, I imagine the toppings you can add to these waffles would elevate the waffles. Service: 5/5 I would come here again for the service as well as the cleanliness of the establishment. Super friendly owners, willing to answer your questions, talk to you, or give you suggestions. I'm willing to try the other things on their menu.

Just moved into town from Vegas and boba is a must in my life.Found this super cute spot and I was definitely satisfied. It is so cute and welcoming.My Thai Milk Tea with boba and Taro Halo Halo were on point and the service was super friendly fast. Definitely my new boba spot.10/10 do recommend ⭐️

Went in Monday and just got a milk tea and Thai tea, both with boba. The drinks were a little watered down. The boba was very squishy, I liked the soft texture. However, it had no flavor and was not sweet. Overall I would love to give it another try someday.

Walked in and was greeted with great customer service! Servers were kind and welcoming and the place is decorated cutely with plenty of entertainment options available and games for friends to play! Not much seating available but never seen it crowded enough where that was a problem! Tried the wintermelon tea. It was yummy but was average and tasted like the canned wintermelon drinks that you can buy cheap at the Asian market! I also had requested wintermelon as a milk tea and it was very sweet to the point where I had to dilute it with some water! It can be hit or miss, but there are so many unique flavors to choose from! The chocolate bubble waffle was unremarkable.
I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so for Bumble Tea Boba! We ordered the Halo Halo and the Pandan drink. Both were delicious, unique, and innovative as boba drinks. We're from San Francisco and were impressed by the original flavors/concepts here. The decor is super cute and very instagram worthy! I want this business to last for years to come so we can continually visit when in the Reno area!

I came back to give Bumble Tea another try. This time we came in on a Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Bumble Tea was also doing a promotion at this time which was Buy 1 Get 1 50% off. When entering, they added more games to play and hang out. I ordered the Tiger Milk Tea with regular boba and my boyfriend ordered Matcha Milk Tea with crystal boba. They use non-dairy creamer, so the Tiger tasted different, but still very good. The boba was perfect this time with the right amount of chewiness and sweetness. The Matcha Milk Tea was also really good this time. There was a good amount of the matcha flavor, and it did not taste watered down at all. The crystal boba was different from what we are used to. It tasted like jelly and it has a different texture. The service was great as always. The owner forgot about the promotion they were doing and offered to change my regular sized drink to the 24 oz instead and gave us extra punches on the punch card. Definitely will come back, just not near closing and I wish they had more flavors to choose from though.
