Burger King in Reno

“For all the people leaving negative comments about this Burger King.. you have no idea what it is like to work here with the drive-thru being wrapped around the building the whole time!! You have no idea what these employees go through because you were only here in the restaurant or Drive-thru for 5 minutes... not to mention all the people coming here from all over the country, it never used to be like this!!!! So before we judge others put yourself in their shoes!! Most of the time people come into the restaurant hangry and take it out on the workers!! People need to learn to keep a Snickers in their glove box or at least a Payday.. that won't melt LOL because I get tired of seeing customers come in all upset about their food because they are past the point of hungry!!! Don't let yourself get that far gone that you have to abuse fast food workers....I have been coming to this Burger King for over 10 years and I'm usually here 4x a week and I see what they have to go through!! Everyone needs to take responsibility don't just put it all on the employees!! JS“

“Ordered ahead for pickup and went inside to get our food, was asked for my name and got a snarky response back. Then asked again for my name, mind you there were only 2 orders for pickup. Mine and someone else’s.

“For those saying the store is not 24 hours just a heads up. The city shut down the 24 hour operations due to a noise complaint. The store compromised and is able to keep the lobby open and the drive thru open 24 hours for mobile and delivery pick ups only. The staff is happy to help you inside the lobby all night long. I’ve been to this store many times and had great meals.“

Update as of 12/20.. after placing an order on the app @627 pm finally comes out at 655pm.. do better!! Looked like it was everyone's first day there including management..

The manager is ghetto, using profanity!
Horrible. Took over 20 mins in the drive through. Gave us dirty cups with no care, like someone forgot to wash their hands before handling. After I asked for new cups, they didn't give any care ☹️
They seemed annoyed that I wasn't ok with them.“

“I rarely eat fast food, but had to fast until after lab work this morning, so I was hungry and in a hurry to get to work. The reviews almost scared me off, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew at 9am on a Wednesday were polite and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, and much better quality than I expected. I’d definitely eat here again.“

“I went and got a number one nothing too fancy however what was mind blowing was the service I got special shout out to I think she said her name was Angelina red hair braces phenomenal employee I would go here just to get that service again“
