Burger King in Reno

“Haven't been to Burger King in quite a while, though I would try it. I had the Whopper with Onion Rings. I told the cashier well done Onion Rings. When I got my meal I was surprised that the Onion Rings were actually well done. Many times in other fast food restaurants I ask for crispy fries and I never get them. You can't beat the taste of a Whopper in my opinion. Looks like I'll have to leave Burger Kings competition in the dust from now on.“

“I have always preferred the Burger King burger except for a short time in the seventies when I strayed to Whatta Burger in my mindless college years. Double burger w/cheese, small combo. Some years they can't get it right, others their clicking on all cylinders. Lately my local is doing the job. I can ask they bring back the catsup pump and the little folded paper cups. Paper cups are there, but NEVER any catsup in the machine. Those aluminum foil packets are a hassle. They get stuff all over the place and leave your tray a slimy mess. If I go on that side of town, that's where I stop for lunch.“

“I rarely eat fast food, but had to fast until after lab work this morning, so I was hungry and in a hurry to get to work. The reviews almost scared me off, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew at 9am on a Wednesday were polite and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, and much better quality than I expected. I’d definitely eat here again.“

Update as of 12/20.. after placing an order on the app @627 pm finally comes out at 655pm.. do better!! Looked like it was everyone's first day there including management..

The manager is ghetto, using profanity!
Horrible. Took over 20 mins in the drive through. Gave us dirty cups with no care, like someone forgot to wash their hands before handling. After I asked for new cups, they didn't give any care ☹️
They seemed annoyed that I wasn't ok with them.“

“I wanted to shout out Trina and Vicky. I had a previous issue with an order (that was all my fault) and Trina (the manager) had that fixed up so quickly. Like it was incredible. I came back the next day and the hospitality that Vicky and Trina had towards me was wonderful. They were both extremely kind, friendly, and definitely went above and beyond for me. Trina even reached out via a phone call just to make sure everything was alright. They did such an amazing job and definitely raised the bar for me. Honestly would never expect it from a Burger King, but they absolutely showed up and showed out. Thank you both for everything and the kindness that y'all showed me!“
