I felt extremely disrespected by the gentleman in a Burger King uniform. He wore the brand but promoted something different all together. He said he worked there, said he was cleaning the bathroom, refuse to let me use it, he seemed more interested in what I was doing than involved in his job cleaning, took it upon himself to hurrassing me in the parking lot after I used Taco Bell bathroom, questioning my business in the parking lot. I was meeting my boyfriend that I haven't seen in 7 months, and this employee was trying to run me off like I was a damn burglar, Burger burglar someone fix this. I would have ate here if I hadn't been ment with such hostile people/ situation. Very disappointed

Just placed a pickup order for 10:25 am and ordered and fully loaded croissant and a plain cheeseburger. When I arrived at 10:26 a.m. my order wasn't even started after 25 minutes of waiting in the waiting room I got my order after surpassing my break time my order was wrong she only gave me three little tiny hash browns with no bag a cheeseburger fully loaded and a croissant breakfast sandwich of which nothing I ordered on top of it the cook was going back and forth into the freezer hadn't changed his gloves one time touching his headset touching his pants going back to touching all the food. The lady in the front had sweatpants on covered in dog fur was not wearing gloves and was exceptionally rude to me believe her name was Angela claimed she didn't know the Cooks names. Will never go back here. Absolutely unprofessional and OSHA violations forsure.

I would give it zero if I could. After waiting in line at the drive thru around 230am....for about ten minutes behind 2 cars that took forever this morning 2/21 I was told that she would not take my order because the cook was going on break and that she shouldn't have even taken the car in front of me (while I was locked in by another car) I said I knew because visit had been waiting sometime behind the lady car..she then proceeded to say that if "I" was rude ( while SHE was the rude one) she would not be taking my order..after she already said that she wouldnt...WORST customer service EVER ! I didn't deserve that treatment and WILL NEVER go back to that location again..I spoke with the lady behind me and she was very upset also. I recommend that no one go there at night..ever

I came through the drive-thru after 11:00, at approximately midnight Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning, I drove up to the window like that sign said, waited, knocked on the window, and finally I had to honk several times. When the employee finally came up he looked really pissed off and had an attitude so I jokingly said "you're not going to spit on it right?" He reacted quite badly and said "psst" and walked away! So I waited longer for him to come back and when he finally did he told me off and slammed the window. I have it all recorded on my webcam in case BK would like to see how their night employee operates. Furthermore I am type 1 diabetic and had low blood sugar. There was no where else in the area that was open so I'm lucky that I made it anywhere to find food after wasting my gas and time driving to that location.

If I could give less I would. Time after time-we have been failed at this location. Service is horrid. We will never ever return to this location after what we just experienced. We had a question because we felt we were being overcharged for an item. The NEW employee at the counter needed to ask the manager a question regarding pricing so we don’t get overcharged. The manager replied , now is not a good time for questions (in a frenzied angry tone). We were the only ones in the restaurant and only one person in the drive thru…..never again. Get it together.

Absolutely the worst burger king I've ever been too Ive been here 3 times In last week and first night I sat in the drive thru waiting to order with not one car in line for 10 mins on top of that my order is wrong everytime! I work in the food industry and I understand mistakes but every time I come here it's WRONG like how hard is it to listen when I ask for my stuff to be made a certain way!? They just rush your order so they can go back to standing around in there phone! I drive clear across town before I go to this location again management needs to do something!!!

Worst place ever, They have no customers and it takes them a long time to serve, apart from that the cashier has terrible customer service skills, she closes the window very abruptly, she is a 60-year-old cashier, they shouldn't have people like that working in these places, that's why nobody comes to this establishment.

Ordered on web site at 1:09am which means we already paid. Went to menu board and were told "we're down!" We asked how we'd get our money back he said "deal with door dash". We explained we ordered through their web site, was met with silence, then finally said we'll make your food then. We went to the window. Our food was handed to us at 1:24. We were missing a soda, a sandwich and a large onion ring. When we told him he shut the window, nothing said. It was another 10 -15 minutes before we got it and left. Will not go back
