Bad experience at this Burger King. (Danzeel) that work there need to be fried he was disrespectful The food was cold🤮, the place looked messy, (Danzeel) at the counter was and acted like helping me was a problem. Definitely won’t be back there because of (Danzeel).and I'm going to let the public know NOT TO GO THERE!!!!

So basically, after a long day at work, I pull up to Burger King. The Burger King that’s right by my work. I work at Payday & Title Loans Check Cashing by the way but anyways over here at this Burger King on gosh they be putting stuff in the burgers like marijuana patties because ain’t no other Burger King restaurant that I know smokes like that like black smog is coming from their freaking elevators or something. And I know that you don’t need smog to make burgers because tell me why at sonics they’re not smoking up the place OK and their food is equally as good so by the way, I don’t work at sonic so totally don’t tell my employer about this.

Absolutely horrible. Went through the drive through around 5:30PM and waited in line for almost 20 minutes, the only person who seemed to be there who took our order gave us attitude and came off passive aggressive. After we got the food we checked everything and got an old stale burger and everything in the burger was hard, especially the bun. Not to mention, all our food was cold. When asking for a refund the same said employee who took our order came off as extremely rude and said if we wanted a refund we had to take every item back (around 6 things) or get a new burger. We decided to just take the new burger and yet, it was still cold. Never coming back to this location again.

Today is September 26th 2025 and the approximate time is 1:20pm, we decided to eat at burger king which was a big mistake. My family and I was the only people standing in line the manager helped one person in front of me and just completed ignored us, the line for drive thru had 2 cars max. We stood in line for about 10 mins mind you only people in line, no hello, no sorry we're short staffed or anything the manger simple just kept looking at me and did nothing, I really dont know why if your running a business you have the audacity to treat people like that, we all have problems if you dont like your job leave that place
The people are cool, chill.. always go in on the late night.. fast service... Food could be a tiny bit better ..

I've ordered online for delivery late Sunday morning, my order was a large double cheese whopper meal expecting I was going to get a warm meal but what I got was stone cold whopper and fries due to the fact the first driver declined and I didn't get my food for over an hour. You would think this establishment would be considerate of remaking my order since it's been sitting but nah they don't care about their customers smmfdh 🤦🏽♂️💯

Sunday August 24, 2025; 2:54am I went to the Burger King drive thru because you have it listing outside that it is open 24 hours. The employee inside would not respond to me, and after I drove up to the window, he looked me right in the eyes, crossed is arms, and turned away, never acknowledging me beyond that. When I left there was already a line of OTHER customers also trying to place orders that he was ignoring. If you are NOT actually open 24 hours, then SAY SO!
