The whopper meal I received was ice cold, and wasn't sure why they had pickles on it, considering I'm allergic to them & I told them when I ordered. I'm so grateful I caught that mess up. Maybe they outta pay more attention to their job details.

Kid at the window that has piercings has a terrible attitude. Bro,If u don't like your job do not work there. Terrible customer service from the speaker to the window. I just came to get my food i didn't cut your check.

I generally like Burger King, but the last time I visited (yesterday) they fell flat on their face. I went through the drive through on my way home and I was the only one in the drive through, not another car to be seen. In fact there were just a couple of cars in the parking lot. I was very specific about my order (I like to have it my way), I was greeted with a disinterested voice and I said “ I would like a double Whopper with cheese and bacon combo, a LARGE Root beer, and I would like to substitute LARGE onion rings instead of fries please (again, I like to have it my way). The order taker did NOT repeat my order so I proceeded to the first window and again was met with a disinterested young man who took my card, returned my card and tried to give me a SMALL drink. I corrected him and said that I wanted a LARGE like I ordered, he sneered and disappeared for probably 2 minutes (remember I said that there were few people in the restaurant). He returned with a LARGE drink, hesitated and again left me waiting for my food. No one was behind me in the drive through so they were not busy. I finally got my food and started to go home to enjoy my meal. As I reached into the bag to enjoy my onion rings I was met with a barely lukewarm ring. I closed the bag and thought that I could just microwave the onion rings a little to bring them back up to temperature when I got home. At home I found the rings container half full of French fries and just a few (less than 10) rings. I decided to start my Whopper but it was cold so that had to be “nuked” also. I took all of the condiments off (because they don’t microwave well) and didn’t find any cheese and the bacon was also missing! When I looked at the receipt, it said “double Whopper w/cheese (no mention of bacon), a SMALL drink, and a SMALL onion rings with zesty sauce. He never asked me about my choice of sauce when I ordered, I had to ask for ranch after the bag was handed to me. I was very, very disappointed with the food and service at this Burger King where I usually get good service. As a side note, I don’t litter and there wasn’t a garbage can available on exiting so my paper straw trash had to come home with me. Burger King must do better!!! I am hesitant to return to this location because of my experience yesterday.

Don’t use the app to order your food for delivery because it will be cold. Twice I used the app and got cold food and my food delivered late. I only complained after the second cold delivery because it wasn’t a big deal but twice is ridiculous. I was only offered a $5 coupon for my next purchase when it was $35 worth of cold food. Both deliveries were from this store and both times our food was late and cold.

Unfortunately I ordered a BBQ BRISKET Whopper Jr and got a whopper Jr. It was okay, but definitely disappointing when I opened the bag at home as saw the wrong order.

Ordered my burger with NO onions & Extra pickle thru drive thru (1st mistake, I know). Instead, they put Extra onions & NO pickles. Was on my way to work, so didn't have time to go back once I realized their error. YUCK!
EDIT: I went back the next nite w/receipt, burger & bag to have them remake my order. VERY polite about remaking it, however, they STILL messed up!! Got my extra pickles, but the put onions on it again. At least their onions are easier to pick off, but still left an onion taste to it.

I don't understand the logic of placing cold drinks in a bag with Hot food???? I also seem to never get a dam straw or any sauce when all our food is placed in one bag with our drinks... This is some horrible service
