Ordered my burger with NO onions & Extra pickle thru drive thru (1st mistake, I know). Instead, they put Extra onions & NO pickles. Was on my way to work, so didn't have time to go back once I realized their error. YUCK!
EDIT: I went back the next nite w/receipt, burger & bag to have them remake my order. VERY polite about remaking it, however, they STILL messed up!! Got my extra pickles, but the put onions on it again. At least their onions are easier to pick off, but still left an onion taste to it.

I don't understand the logic of placing cold drinks in a bag with Hot food???? I also seem to never get a dam straw or any sauce when all our food is placed in one bag with our drinks... This is some horrible service

We stopped by to go through the drive thru. The initial contact was "Welcome to Burger King. Where you rule!" I placed our order and heard nothing for a couple minutes. I said "Hello?". Nothing!!! Said it again. Then heard "Welcome to Burger King. May I take your order?" I said we just ordered. They said "We didn't get it!" Then another guy came on and said rudely "We're busy!!" No shit!!! It's lunch time!!! We drove out of the drive thru and went to McDonald's where not only did we get what we ordered fast. But it was hot and hit the spot!!!

The manager Leo took our order, he was attentive, friendly & quick with our food. He made it our way! 👑 The maple bacon whopper was amazing! Fresh and hot the cheese was perfect. The restaurant inside was clean.

Who is this that works here? This lady is rude and can't perform basic duties. She dropped my card and misgendered me when I asked her to please make sure I have it. There are some seriously hateful people here. They refused to give me my food as a dasher. I need some outreach from this location ASAP. I have put in a serious complaint with Door dash too.

Just ordered a meal and asked for no onion, yet it had onion, ordered a medium got a small, and when asked for ketchup was dropped in my hand and some fell on the ground. Was very rude and my burger wasn't even warm. This is why i don't eat fast food very often. Very simple order and yet they were still able to screw that up.

I keep going here for a chicken sandwich every few months, hoping that it's a fluke when I go... But I get the same thing every time.. Fry's and a chicken sandwich that are so cold I have to heat them in the microwave at home before I eat them ???
Have been here a few times. I found that the best time to visit here is in the day. The food was fast served and not stale. But if I visit here late in the evening, the food quality decreased.

My son usually talks me in to coming here after work. 1. My order is always missing something. 2. The food is always good. 3. Do not go after the lobby closes at night. They do not answer drive through. I have tried 3x now.
