We tried to go here at 1 pm and their doors were locked. A customer exited so we went in. Waited for 10 minutes. Employees walked by several times and ignored us. Don't give them your business.

Update as of 12/20.. after placing an order on the app @627 pm finally comes out at 655pm.. do better!! Looked like it was everyone's first day there including management..

The manager is ghetto, using profanity!
Horrible. Took over 20 mins in the drive through. Gave us dirty cups with no care, like someone forgot to wash their hands before handling. After I asked for new cups, they didn't give any care ☹️
They seemed annoyed that I wasn't ok with them.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Drive thru has an automated response and then no one answers once you give your order. If you drive up to the window to give your order directly, the girls working just stare at you without coming to the window to get your order. Word to the owner, replace your staff smh you just lost business.

I ordered a family meal. Everything extra I asked for/paid for I did not get. The bread was stale, the meat was cold and the cheese was not melted a tad. Fries were old and cold and horrific.

Just pulled up to drive thru and sat for 15 minutes and would occasionally say hello? Only to get nothing in response. What horrible management that even on a Sunday someone could’nt even say “I’ll be with you in just a moment” waste of time and with this type of service a waste of space. I’m still stuck because I had literally no other option to leave and the pace is so slow I was able to full on put my car in park and write a review.

They have signs saying 24hrs, but are closed at 7:30 on a weekend morning. All doors are locked and two employees are sleeping in the lobby. This was on 10/13/24.

Slowest Fast food in town. You can go to a 5 star restaurant and get fed faster than ordering online, waiting in a 2 car line queue and baking in the sun since this place doesn’t have a sense of urgency

It's unfortunate there's nothing else around to eat. So stuck here.. fries are always cold, half filled, always have to warm up our food when we get home and we live 1.2 miles away. For $30 for two sandwiches and fries and a drink at least fill up the fries. Maybe the owner should pay his employees more.. maybe they would stay and give a F..

Update: I switched the stars from 1 to 4 due to two recent visits. Staff is much better and the food was good. As I told the lady who reached out to me from what I'm assuming was cooperate, the speaker at the drivr-thru desperately needs to be replaced, but that's not the fault of the staff there.

I went through the drive through early and I ordered three #8s and one #3 and two sausage biscuits. They could not sale #8s because it would not ring up on the register so we ordered 3 #6s. All together 6 breakfast sandwiches.
Got home the biscuits you could not eat hard as a rock. You probably could hammer a nail into wood with these. I took them back and asked for fresher sandwiches. She told me that she would need to make it in croissants. So I did not want that. I asked for my money back just for the sandwiches. I was told no. I asked to talk to the manager. Guess what no manager. She said I would have to take the croissants or the rock hard biscuits. I took the croissants. Went back home to feed my family. Opened up sandwiches and they were all biscuits. Not to fresh but better than the first round. Not happy with this BK. Will never go back there. I spent almost $50.00 and did not enjoy. So I would not recommend this BK to anyone. Bad service bad food and way over priced . Unhappy costumer.
