Abysmal “service.” Doors locked at 11:15 am for no reason, enter drive thru and get stuck for half an hour plus. Ridiculous way to run a so called business.

I was thoroughly surprised by the overall performance of these employees. Not only were they courteous, patient, and friendly, they got my order out to my in a timely manner and it was correct the very first time. Nearly every time I order out the employees end up getting it wrong, so I have to order again. I'm surprised, thank you very much guys. Keep up the good work.

I would give a zero star. Lobby closed and I tried calling to ask why the lobby is closed and they hung up on me. Never get my money again. If your lobby is closed put up a notice.

The food is okay tasting the customer service was great especially a kid named Tyler when he took my order he was very friendly and helpful when I didn’t know what to choose but the inside was horrible lots of homeless people it really stinks if you ever choose to eat here go through drive

Nastiest place in Reno I got food poisoning and had to go to the hospital I saw ants everywhere on tables near soda machines the manager is so rude to customers and even ruder to staff lots of homeless people which made me very uncomfortable while eating my food this Burger King is super unstaffed I only saw a kid and a adult and the kid was under so much stress I felt terrible after I left please don’t come here would not Recommend!

This happened Thursday, October 26, 2023. NEVER EAT OR ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! First of all I'm pregnant. The drive through lady, some old black racist woman, with the short hair and big gap between her teeth refused to make my online order. (Every time I have gone to this location she has treated me poorly. Making it a thing to point out my race, I'm just trying to order food. There is no place for racism.) When it finally popped up she decided to come up to my car and tell me they received it, in an aggressive way. I told her I didn't want her food anymore due to her threatening to call the cops on me because if I didn't get out of the drive thru line, she would call the cops, when I was only trying to get my order situated, that was paid for on their app. I left, parked in their parking lot, and called my husband, crying. She proceeded to come at my car, told me she received the order. I told her I didn't want her food, and she then began calling me a bit** and told me to get out of my car to beat my ass. Called me a dumb white bit** because I told her she was acting irrational. Absolutely absurd.

Burger King no longer cooks its food, slap it in a micro wave give em super hot bun with cold meat...very sad there was a day when BK rocked...now they are getting their butts kicked by in & out why? Because the meat is real, it's cooked and it is hot... BK should go back to the flame broil and loose the micro waves...
Waited in drive-thru for 40 mins before I could have placed my order. Waited another 15 for food. Could have went to chilis and gotten food quicker than here!!!

Restaurant was closed at 8:30pm and they close at 9pm the drive thru is open until 1 am and they were closed at 9pm I saw two ladies in their and they were just staring at us and one of them left and the other lady never came by to take my order 20 mins later. And there was a line forming and nobody came to help.

Cold food! Went there and got chicken fries and a chicken wrap. Drove the 3 minutes to get home and food was cold. So gross! Especially when i spend $8. Don't recommend, go to Taco Bell instead
