Absolutely horrible. My husband waited in line for 45 min only for them to forget half our order, not to provide our drinks and to not resolve my issue. This is out of hand. I spent hard earned money not to get my order and for them not to provide a solution. This is the third occurrence from Burger King in 3 months. THIRD. Because they miss my food and take forever they will no longer make it right on the app. Never go here, save 45 min and your money. You won't get everything you ordered anyway

I hate to be the person that complains, but I had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes and that was just to get my order taken, then had to wait like another 20 just to get my food. The employees themselves are great, the restaurant is just really badly understaffed.

Horrible customer service, do NOT recommend! We waited 45 minutes for our food in the drive through with only 4 cars in front of us. This was after attempting to go inside and there was nobody working the cash registers to take orders. When we finally got our food, the manager rudely told us that it took so long because they screwed up five other orders. When our food came out, it was cold and our order was wrong. We will never go back to this location ever again!!! The manager was also screaming at the workers. I could hear it through the drive through window. This place should be shut down.

This is by far the worst Burger King in town. I could order 2 items total and I guarantee they forget 1 of them. Food is NEVER fresh, always thrown together worse than you’d expect at a fast food place, and every single employee is extremely rude. They shoved the bag out the window with nothing more than a grunt and then I had to flag them down like a tarmac attendant to get there attention to get the other half of my food.

20 minute wait in the drive through? Unacceptable. Plenty of staff today running around yet people in the lobby and drive through aren't getting their orders much less correctly. This location needs a district managers attention asap.

The customer service here is horrible. No emotion, stoic and robotic, incredibly rude attitudes, refuse to make eye contact. They get your order wrong and then when you ask for it to be corrected they ignore you, walk past you, and treat you like you’re inconveniencing them. This is for the entire staff that works during 5 PM on October 31st. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this place definitely deserves one. So bad!!!! Avoid this location if you can.

Gave the DOORDASHER the wrong order and I had to go pick up my actual order, my order was worth 50 dollars and I got an order barely worth 10. Unbelievably irresponsible and obviously the workers at the facility can’t read properly and tell which orders are which! So upsetting!

Slowest place ever. The workers are rude. No one cares about there job. 30min wait in the drive thru is crazy.
