Ordered ahead for pickup and went inside to get our food, was asked for my name and got a snarky response back. Then asked again for my name, mind you there were only 2 orders for pickup. Mine and someone else’s.
No one will answer the intercom they are open but no one answers waited 10 minutes couldnt leave cause guy was in front of me very disappointedin this not going here again.

Ordered a couple cheeseburgers and on my way home realized not a single one of them has anything on it. Straight up meat and bread. Wtf.

I ordered food for our family at around 8:15 PM we got stuck in the drive through line for 45 minutes, we never once complained to staff. After the long wait we got home and not surprisingly the food was cold and tampered with. On the burgers we asked for light mustard they literally squirted half a bottle. The chicken sandwiches tasted like bathroom cleaner. All the food was ice cold and stale.
We teied going back, the dining room was closed and they wouldnt answer thier phone. There was no way we were waiting in line again.
My whole family was extremely ill the next day from taking a few bites, I shared photos with app support, showed them a photo of the tampered with food on the table and in the trash,
They offered a coupon as compensation. Not acceptable. We have made numerous app orders and never had an issues before this one. Burger King is horrible.
Really rude people. Dont know anything about a decent service.
