Burger King drive-thru order the number 9 in the kids meal chicken nugget naturally as usual the french fries was barely any fries however they did no shame in putting three packets of ketchup to pack in the container full of napkins so it made it feel like there was french fries what a shame you purchase a regular fry and you don't even get french fries in the french fries containerWhat a joke to not get atheist a fair medium of what you pay forThat's being great full honestly a person shouldn't have to pay for anything and receive less than the FAIR value.

Workers were friendly enough, service was exceptionally fast. Then only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the burger was not very warm which didn't make for the best whopper.

They didn't have my order by the time I got to the DT window, even though I gave it to them at the speaker, and we didn't have any issues. I got to the window, and the woman started handing out two drinks, not part of my order. I let her know, and she asked what I had. As I told her, she let's the DT window close and didn't open it back up for at least a good minute. After all of this, they left out part of my order. I'll save the money and just stop going if I'm continuously getting poor service.

Ordered via the app, was missing 2 items.The food we did get was cold and just wasn’t good. Asked for refund for the items they did not provide, was told they don’t offer refunds, only credits.Credits are no good as we don’t plan to return. Refund request for items paid for but not provided was denied, as it’s “against policy”.Will not return, do not recommend. Bad food and worse customer service.
