I order the patty melt well done and onion rings. The burger medium and had a bad taste to it. The onion rings tasted like they had been sitting and they just refried them. I won’t be back.

You want a beer, burger and some fries? Burger me always hits the spot. Nothing fancy, but just solid grub in South Reno. I love their sweet potato fries- crispy and soft at the same time and you can taste the sweet potato. The cowboy burger and bbq bison burger and ahi tuna burgers are favorites. The garlic fries are too garlicky for my taste, but if you LOVE garlic you won't be disappointed. Great price, fast service, convenient location with a video arcade inside for kids, I think burger me is a great addition to summit mall, and some of the most affordable food in the area. It always fills you up and they are always consistent, you know what you're going to get with burger me there's never a surprise.

Great place, but inconsistent. And not the only ones who think that, seems like when the Manager is making the food at lunch time it's outstanding especially the garlic fries but at night it's not as good. But not always? So you never know what you are going to eat, and when it's good, "ITS GREAT" burger me baby ! Ohh , the place is really clean and tidy.

First time I have ever been here and not even halfway through my burger I pulled a 7 inch hair out of it. No it wasn't mine I'm bald. I didn't see any hair nets. If you decide to eat here tell them to put the hair in a too go bag.

What a phenomenal burger! I tried the Gyro Burger today and was absolutely blown away. I would highly recommend Burger Me, and if you are a fan of lamb, order the Gyro. One of the owners suggested it, and it was the best burger I ever had. The sweet potato fries pair well with it and don’t forget the chipotle mayo for those fries! Outrageously good!
Outrageously good! If you like lamb, you have to try their lamb burger. It is insanely good! The bun, the spread, the burger is juicy!

I have no complaints. The inside was nice and quaint while I waited for my to-go food. The person taking our order was kind and attentive, even making a not for my fiancés dairy allergy. The Gyro burger I got was succulent and yummy and tasted just like a gyro burger I was hoping for. Would go again, 10/10.

The Bison burger was dry and was like eating cardboard. Couldn't finish but half of it. Plus, the wait was 25 minutes when they weren't all that busy. Waiting nearly half an hour for a burger is a bit much. Nice environment and clean at least.

Welcome to the empty plate club! If you really want to know how good these burgers are, look at the plates! They are fresh ground, local beef hand made patties. They are wonderful! The restaurant is diner style and has a couple of TVs showing various sports. But it is not loud. In the summer (I visited at the end of January) there is outdoor tables. The ordering is very simple: you walk to the counter, talk with a nice person, place, pay, and sit. The food magically appears at your table. They also serve adult beverages (beer and wine), but don't have a full bar. They even have an arcade for those who like to slip a quarter into a machine. Check it out! I guarantee your pictures will look exactly like mine!
