I wanted so badly to love this place. The server was great, lived the decor, bathrooms were clean. When my Cowboy burger arrived it looked excellent, fresh leafy lettuce, juicy, toppings all just about to overflow but staying contained... then I took a bite and it all fell flat. Because that beautiful burger prepared with fresh ingredients didn't see to have any seasoning on the patty itself. Which is a crime- nobody should be expected to take the top off a burger to add basic salt to the patty. I couldn't taste any salt on my sweet potato fries either. It was still a good burger, but it should have been a GREAT burger because every other element was there

Absolutely delicious burgers. Great portions on both entree and sides and the staff was very friendly and professional. It is a little bit of a wait so I wouldn't recommend if you're in a big hurry but if you have the time it's worth it. Cowboy burger and Garlic Fries were great.
I feel like this place has the potential to be great, but the employees ruin it. They have ZERO sense of urgency and don't deliver the best product. While I think the ingredients are of high quality, the preparation is lacking. I got the most leathery/overcooked burger patty I've ever seen in my kid's burger. Completely unacceptable. This should have been a redo.

Great burgers & sweet potato fries. The Elk & Bison patties are my favorite which I always pair with Heinz 57 sauce. Unfortunately they have done away with the Heinz 57 & that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 & will no longer be doing dine-in unless I bring a bottle of sauce with me. Sounds dramatic, but it was a combination of flavors I have enjoyed & looked forward to for the past decade.
