First time visiting this place and ordered my food at 8:29pm and my burger was not ready until 45 minutes later. Bad service, they should have let me know how long the wait time was going to be before I ordered my food so I could have made a decision to wait that long. I will not be returning due to the poor service. Then they told me it would be a $1 refill for my drink even after waiting so long.

Food was decent, although a bit pricey for what it is. We are there anyway to support local business. Burgers had big beef patties which was nice. The fries were a bit bland for my taste but crispy which I do like. The service could’ve been better - the staff appeared inconvenienced and I felt rushed even though we were the only ones in line. Overall a 3 Star experience for me.

This place is amazing. The burger bowls are big and generous. Full of dark leafy greens, pickles, some tomatoes and onion. With the party with cheese on it. Mmm. Definitely a good serving of bacon. Ordered a side of fries and it was also big and generous, delicious. The lady asked if I wanted any ranch. That's thoughtful of her. Delicious.

On first glance, the menu items seem pretty high priced but then you see how huge the burger is. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, they were delicious, and we were stuffed by the time we finished them. The homemade ranch is also worth the extra $1. The staff was super nice and the atmosphere at Reno Public Market is really cool.

I stopped at Burger Nevada at the public market in Reno today and had a mushroom Swiss burger. It was literally the best burger I can ever remember having. No joke! Go try one you won’t regret it.

12.1.23: Last night a friend and I went to the Reno Public Market for the 9th Annual Make 'Em Smile Toy Drive Event to donate toys and watch our friends play live music. We hadn't had dinner and decided on Burger NV.We both ordered the Fish and Chips and we both loved it! It was served hot and the fry was a perfect cook, not soggy nor overly fried. The tartar sauce was different than anything I had before and it was more of a thinner sauce. It's hard to describe the taste but I liked it and how it wasn't thick and heavy. The fries were fresh and delicious too. The coleslaw actually wasn't too bad and had some decent flavor to it. The service was good and the person taking our order was friendly.
