Walked up to the host during breakfast. No smile, no greeting. I had to inform him I was looking for a table. He grabbed a menu and walked to a small table to seat me, where I would be looking directly at the single person at the table in front of me. Awkward. So I made the adjustment myself. I ordered the chilaquiles and asked for it with chicken (very common option at home or abroad). I was told by the waitress she would have to check if the chef is able to do that. I was about to offer my assistance in cutting up chicken if he was incapable of it. She returned with a plate of stale nachos with eggs on top (with no chicken). I was wondering if I had ordered nachos by mistake, but then I realized the "chef" thinks this is the same thing as chilaquiles!! Why put this dish on the menu if someone is incapable of making it correctly?!? I've seen Taco Bell cooks who can make more authentic Mexican dishes than the person who made these nachos. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
