I have to say, for a chain franchise joint, this store is one of the best. I had an issue last night where I was given the wrong item, I called and they were able to fix the issue and because I was already at work, and couldn't make it back in, they took my info (The cashier a young lady, very spunkyand very nice apologized like crazy and remembered me from last night and gave me a big wave as I walked in) The manager called me today to give me a refund, and I'll I asked for was a new sandwich. They had no issue and apologized for the mistake.
I went in tonight to get my dinner for work (I work in a hospital) and they were still awesome. They have a new fan.

The sandwich looked good but I didn't try it because it was made with cheese and onions even though I removed them on my app order. A refund was processed but not before I received a second charge for the same amount. The duplicate charge was never reversed, refunded, nor even acknowledged by Capriotti's Help Desk. They stated that they did not see it on their end. The documentation that I provided (screenshots) showing both charges did nothing to convince them that it exists. It wasn't even enough to motivate them to investigate further and they left it at that - TWO Charges and ONE Refund from Capriotti's on my card.

These guys are top notch. Hands down. Even while traversing the weeds of multiple orders printing out and customers walking in, they handled it like the bosses they are! Cody, Aaron & the young lady I didn't catch your name, yall are the best and I hope my few words said on here mean something of significance later 😃

The food is always awesome. The cheesesteak sandwich is the closest thing to The Cheesesteak Shop in CA that i can find in this god forsaken state. The Brookies are so yummy, i cant seem to order anything here without getting a Brookie.

The quality has went way down hill, my sandwich keeps on getting less meaty and they currently advertising the sandwiches have more meat now. Used to love this place, I won’t be back
Definitely worth a visit! The food is always good and made correctly. I've tried 3 different sandwiches here and all of them were really good. The service is always fast and the food is fulfilling. The meat always tastes fresh and the bread is always soft. This location is the best thus far! As far as atmosphere, they could use an upgrade and parking is terrible. But once you taste the food the atmosphere definitely changes.

Excellent sandwich. Ordered a bacon cheese steak with mushrooms added. Type of sandwich you eat slow because it tastes so good. Their food is made with love. Clean facility with great customer service. Would post a photo but I don't see an option on here for it.

You would think that in 2025 businesses would know how to delegate their services properly. You know... things like if there is a front desk worker that makes the sandwiches, they also pour the drinks for their customers. And since this is food safe law and it is federal it is right and just.... Capriotti's just thinks that most Uber drivers and doordash drivers are significantly ignorant. However, I'm not. Uber's policies for your restaurants are that you pour the drinks. Important reasons like Sanitary reasons and the law. Since you have decided to ignore what Uber has laid out before you as well as food safe laws. I will no longer be delivering for you and you will no longer be delivering your goods to me. also since I have seen this from every capriotti's in town. I know this is your policy for corporate and is at least city wide. This is unjust and I don't care how menial it might be to you. Fix it. Your business should not be doing unfair and unjust practices with the drivers that are independent contractors that do not work for you. Your workers ARE paid to make drinks. Therefore they should make them
