Tey this franchise for first time.i wont again.had the meatball and it barely represented the flavor of a good meatball sandwich. The meatballs must have been made of soy dust because it crumbled as you bit into it and lacked flavor.if it werent for the saturated sauce and piled on parmessan and couldnt tell its italian

The food at this chain is amazing. Usually. This time was not good. Usually the staff is great… We have been to many different locations. But.. the woman taking the orders here is TERRIBLE. Her attitude and lack of personality is rruly an eyesore for this company… someone needs to come and do some secret shopping to see how she is treating the public. She was extremely rude and irritated when I ordered. We had to wait 25 min for our food and we watched her argue with each and every customer that came up. We finally got our food and noticed it was made incorrectly and was also burnt… this Reno location left a bad taste for both of us.

The manager lady who took my order was super inpatient and rude she didn't help when I asked if she could toast my "the Bobbie" sandwich and acted like it was the end of the world and she was so busy. I will not come back here again!

Today is tuesday October the 15th. I am a frequent customer here; I usually call in my order to pick up since I am driver here in reno. I started calling around 8:15pm and I continued to call up until 8:39pm as I was driving towards the restaurant. I made it to the store before anyone answered, I went in to order my usual which is a cheesesteak and a chicken cheesesteak and I was told that they are only serving cold subs, I asked the person at the grill are you sure that you are supposed to shut the grill down so early because; I am a regular customer here;he became quiet and smirked,I informed him and the cashier that I will be reporting them in the morning and that I am done with capriottis, this is not the only time that I have called and no one answers.

Arturo, Hannah, and Dorian are the allstar team! I walked in right before closing and I felt bad so I told them I could leave if they were ready to go home. They happily made my sandwich and chatted with me the whole time I waited. The sandwich hit the spot! Management should be proud to have employees like this on their staff! Capriottis on Sierra is the only one I’ll go to from now on.

I spent almost 28 dollars having a 10” impossible cheesesteak sub delivered to me. It was the most pathetic sandwich I have ever seen with hardly any cheese or impossible meat and maybe 3 slices of mushroom on it. It was supposed to have peppers and onions on it too. The cheese and meat were not even spread to the edges and there was barely anything on the white “less than 10” sub” The sandwich itself is almost 18 dollars without delivery and I am wondering how this business is still operating with such poor quality food. Do not waste your money here, there are other sandwich shops that actually make a real sandwich for you. I will never order from this business again.
