The workers here (at the time of this comment) are way too overwhelmed and idiotic. No coordination or cooperation with each other they all seemed like they weren’t well trained. It’s like watching the 3 stooges try and put together sandwiches. The Hispanic one who seemed like he was in charge of the others basically gave up and went and hid in the back while he barked orders at the other two to keep filling orders while he sat on the sidelines. Embarrassing and frustrating.

Extremely slow service. Rude workers.

First visit to Capriotti’s. Definitely will be back. Ordered a 10” Classic Italian Sub (cold) and was pleased to find it was ACTUALLY 11”!! Very tasty. The service was top notch! Thank you. (Yes…I carry a tape measure!) 😂

Need more people. Took quite a while to get are food however... It was great!

Not bad. Not impressive. My recent hot Bobbie sandwich was very unimpressive, but I remember enjoying a cold Bobbie sandwich at one point, so I can't say it's so bad. Based on my extremely lackluster experience, I probably won't be back. Jersey Mike's is better.

It was a awesome sandwich, and the other three a gave a early Christmas present to my boss and my 2 lead people I work with, they also enjoyed thier sandwiches also and said they will remember Capriottis sandwiches and buy them when the see the place. I’d say the people working here, eat here once in awhile. They definitely want their food to taste good and they do a great job. My wife and I had a Bobbi and a cheesesteak, both were excellent

Quick good service u can't complain about pricing when the government is super greedy and lazy , I recommend a medium size french dip cheese steak.. I've only tried the American wagyu but I'm sure the regular is good . The aju is delicious and hot.. eat it there for maximum satisfaction. I got a 20 inch today because I was feeling like I could eat the whole store 🏪 lol 😂 I didn't finish the sandwich... I ate it later in the day without reheating I just kept it at room temperature .. not that much later maybe 4 hours after a walk home and a nap it was just as good if not better.. a1

Tall, skinny food prep guy came out from the kitchen to look for soda cup lids for a customer. Rooted around in areas underneath the drink area and found the lids, all with his plastic food-prep gloves on. Then, returned to kitchen, adjusting his visor along the way-a visor that he surely throws in his car or on his bedroom floor after his shift-and returns to handling food without changing his gloves. This is a violation of basic hygiene rules. Unless you want to taste a random guy's carpet, go elsewhere.

First time visit! Sandwiches that is selected in pics are the Classic Italian and Wagyu cheese steak.. Both where excellent in taste and value!!
