This place honestly has some of the best subs my husband craves the turkey however the service at the plumb location next to Costco sucks. Everytime we order online our order is wrong I’m confused as to why it’s written on the directions. It’s not like I’m asking for for crazy alterations I’m just requesting no onions due to food sensitivity. The first time it happened I was like ok no big deal accidents happen sucked to tear apart a sandwich to pick diced onions out but not the end of the world second time once again they put onions on as well as some salsa crap that dint even come on the sandwich and third time once again covered in onions. I would highly recommend this place maybe just verify your orders are correct or use a different location that can follow directions.

I visited this location in the morning, and they were supposed to open at 9am. The door was still locked at 9:10, after my boyfriend and I tried to open the door the manager, Sergio came to open the door. He gave us a dirty look and walked away. As he was walking away he basically yelled at us asking if we were paying with a card cause they wouldn't do cash right. now. We felt very unwelcome and it made us uncomfortable enough to just leave without ordering. Won't be coming back

Crazy interaction just now happened. It’s 9:05am, Caps opens at 9am. I walk to the front door, it’s locked so me and my girlfriend wait there very patiently just talking for a few minutes. Then seemingly the manager who’s a man with dark short hair comes and unlocks the door, without opening it for us seeing we were just waiting in front of their glass doors for 2 minutes (we could see them lol). We open the door and come in, and immediately this manager is hostile. “Are you paying cash or card? HUH? Cash or card. We’re not doing cash right now”. Me and my girlfriend looked at each other and immediately walked out. Don’t want some weird dude who’s angry at the world at 9am making our sandwich we were gonna pay to add extras on. Just went back in to ask for this guys name and it was Sergio. Be careful yall, he was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

don’t go to this store.
They are repeatedly chronically slow.
The store was empty and there were two people ahead of me in line.
I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a bloody sandwich.
The people ahead of me just got their sandwich after 25 minutes.

I’ve never had this experience at any of the other stores.

The bread was stale/ hard, not enough mayo, and the meat was very salty. I tried really hard to like it but in the end it was disappointing.

Took them over an hour to complete a DoorDash order and it put us way behind, we had other dashes to get to and they took over an hour… I will not be accepting orders from this location again, or even trying the food at this location. Get your customer service together… I can make a sandwich in my kitchen faster and probably better! The slowness is what really killed it for me…. I have worked customer service jobs and never taken an hour to get a line or anything down like that.

Being from Philadelphia, I've tried every cheesesteak outside of. Definitely the best meatball parm & cheesesteak place in the West.

The workers here (at the time of this comment) are way too overwhelmed and idiotic. No coordination or cooperation with each other they all seemed like they weren’t well trained. It’s like watching the 3 stooges try and put together sandwiches. The Hispanic one who seemed like he was in charge of the others basically gave up and went and hid in the back while he barked orders at the other two to keep filling orders while he sat on the sidelines. Embarrassing and frustrating.
