the service takes too long

That is a damn good sandwich 🥪 👌 Staff was friendly and quick too. No photo because I ate it before I thought of it so here's a lake I took the day before. 10/10 will be back for more!

Awesome sandwiches!

If I could give a zero I would! Terrible customer service! I called in an order for 3 large cheesesteaks with mushrooms, extra provolone & peppers & onions on the side at 3pm. I was told on the phone I’m not busy so I can do it now. I walked in and was the only one in the store. I was told that they couldn’t make the cheesesteaks until I arrived because they didn’t want to waste the meat if I didn’t show up. I then found out from another employee that they did make our sandwiches but made them the wrong way. I ended up with peppers & onions in the sandwich’s, twice. I called in to complain about the wrong sandwiches & was basically told tough luck as there’s cross contamination with other sandwiches being made but yet I was the only there. The employee then said well if you want me to I can just clean the whole grill for you with major attitude .. but I can’t control peppers and onions flying in, as they fly across the grill. Also makes me wonder they do clean the grill and the utensils. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit. I will NEVER be back! Don’t waste your money! I did decline his offer to remake our sandwiches because he said he couldn’t guarantee as there would be no further cross contamination but yet it was stated, as cross contamination happens. We have been customers for years and this has never once happened!! Never again, we are no longer customers!!

Best sandwiches ever!

I have visited this store twice. The first time, I ordered a meatball sub and a classic cheesesteak with no mushrooms but both sweet and hot peppers. The meatball sub was great, but the cheesesteak had mushrooms and no peppers. On my second visit, I ordered the same. This time, the cheesesteak came with only meat and cheese, and the meatball sub had no meatballs—just sauce and cheese. Despite the store not being busy at 11am, they still got my order wrong. I’m very disappointed and won't return. If you’re getting takeout, double-check your sandwiches as they often misread tickets.

I love this sandwich shop. But when I entered i didn't get a greeting. I waited to ordered but was ignored. I ended up walking out

The Bobbie (turkey with stuffing and cranberries) is delish! A new Capriotti's is coming soon near me. Can't wait!

Placed a pick up order on the phone, was told it would take 20 minutes. Walked in at 20 minutes was asked the name for the order 4 times. No one communicated how much longer it would be, so we sat down and it took an additional 10 minutes for them to make our subs. Poor poor service and communication.

First they overcharged, luckily caught it before it processed. This prompted me to leave a tip, good catch and all. However, then people who ordered after me were served first. Whatever. Got the food, it was nice and hot, but my capstrami only had pastrami on it, no other topping (supposed to have coleslaw, sauce, and cheese). Total disappointment for one of my favorite sandwich spots and sandwiches in general.

I waited 37 minutes to receive my order. Ordered at 12 :00pm left at 12:37pm thats most of my lunch time.
Rushing to get back to my Job I finally open my sandwich and they gave me the wrong sandwich.
What a disappointment.
By the way i love Capriottis hard to go back for lunch after this.

We had an order for four people, which I understand is a bit of a larger order, but considering we were the only customers there who weren't already eating, it really shouldn't have taken 46 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. They also forgot to include the kid's meal completely. Mind-boggling. But the food that we did get was exquisite.

Hit and miss. I've had some really great sandwiches here and I've had to send some things back, which I rarely do. I just wish it was more consistent, it makes me think twice about eating here. Service is always decent though.
