By far, the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. Club sandwich awful and I had to wait 25 minutes for it. Meat terrible, tiny bit of veggies. meat sliding out of bun because of huge amount of mayo.

Awesome sandwiches!

If I could give a zero I would! Terrible customer service! I called in an order for 3 large cheesesteaks with mushrooms, extra provolone & peppers & onions on the side at 3pm. I was told on the phone I’m not busy so I can do it now. I walked in and was the only one in the store. I was told that they couldn’t make the cheesesteaks until I arrived because they didn’t want to waste the meat if I didn’t show up. I then found out from another employee that they did make our sandwiches but made them the wrong way. I ended up with peppers & onions in the sandwich’s, twice. I called in to complain about the wrong sandwiches & was basically told tough luck as there’s cross contamination with other sandwiches being made but yet I was the only there. The employee then said well if you want me to I can just clean the whole grill for you with major attitude .. but I can’t control peppers and onions flying in, as they fly across the grill. Also makes me wonder they do clean the grill and the utensils. Maybe the health department needs to make a visit. I will NEVER be back! Don’t waste your money! I did decline his offer to remake our sandwiches because he said he couldn’t guarantee as there would be no further cross contamination but yet it was stated, as cross contamination happens. We have been customers for years and this has never once happened!! Never again, we are no longer customers!!
