Service and food was decent but their fountain machine (soda machine) desperately needs cleaning. I ordered a Sprite with no ice and it tasted of mold. So stale tasting I tossed it out. Waste of money and could cause someone to get sick! Clean your machines!

Slightly raining outside and when we walked in it was very cold inside. Took our burgers home because they were getting cold while we were trying to eat them. The thermostat was at 61degrees. In October. Not going back.
I love carl junior it's always my go to, i recommend it to anybody that loves a big burger

Been here twice. A week apart. AC still isn’t working. The staff is sweating like crazy and the thermostat says 91 degrees. If it were just one day it would be believable but (8) days plus is a long time to leave people in this kind of heat. I like the food. I’ll just go to a different location. I do service work in the summer heat. It’s nice to be able to stop for lunch and get a break from the heat. But not here.

This has got to be the worst experience I have had at this location. I came in to order and the place looked odd as there were no. Customers and it looked like they were about to close. It was only 6:30 when I came in. I ordered a double cheese burger fries and a small drink. I was told there were no drinks available since the coke machines were out of carbonation and the drinks would be flat. Ok, I understand that, stuff happens. But then I asked if I could buy a shake that the board said was available. The short female who was sweeping said that because she had made the ice. Ream earlier in the day, if she makes one for me it will one out runny and not very thick. When I looked at the machine, it looked like it had just been cleaned for closing. I could tell on her expression when I asked if she sould make me a shake that she did not want to go through the hassle of making one. So I said fine i will just take the burger and fries. When the boy who was getting me the food reached over to get the fries to put in my bag he put the palm of his hands all over my fries without any gloves on at all or even try notnto touch my fries. I looked at him.like what the heck man. He just looked at me like confused. Anyway, I just took the food and ate the burger and threw the rest away. The waiting area looked like they were about to close with all the chairs put up against all the tables. These employees obviously were just ready to skate and not due any more than they had to. Wow, just wow. If I was the owner I would fire every single one. This laziness will cost you. If they knew the soda machine was inoperable, the offer a different drink, make sure you have shakes available which most would have bought and brought you a better return but these employees were not helping you out. I will never come here again and will make sure my friends donteither. He touched my fries with his whole hand and if he did that in front of me i can only imagine what he will do if no one is looking. If you have a video camera there, look at the footage, you will see it all. Never again!!.

Couldn’t use the drive through due to our vehicle being to big it isn’t even 8pm and their lobby is closed how are you supposed to get food if you can’t use the drive thru or lobby?

I went through the drive thru only one car in front of me. Only 1 guest inside front, what I could tell. Took 10 minutes for someone to take the guys order in front of me. Then came my turn waited about 5 minutes to order. But once I got to the window to get my order even though slow, it was hot and fresh. So that was a plus

EDIT: I was also given a nondiet soda and found out when my blood sugar went from 160 to 400 in the course of an hour. Carls jr you need to start taking dietary restrictions more seriously because this mix up could've sent me to the hospital.
I was given a burger with extra mayo when I had asked for none due to an allergy. Because of this I was unable to even eat what I ordered. Fried zucchini was alright considering it was all I could eat from my order. Don't think I'll be coming to this location again.

I waited 20 minutes to place my order, and I was the only person that was there! I really wanted my double Western cheese burger. The lobby and dining area looked like a bunch of people had a good fight. No exaggeration I wish I had pictures. Employees on their phones or ignoring customers ( me).

Always well taken care of by the wonderful staff. My waffle fries are always hot, fresh and delicious. Short drive thru line.
