I'm not sure who is in charge of training here, whoever that is you have set your employees up for failure. It's also the attitude of the employee, just horrible. I ordered online. Got my confirmation number and my receipt and they took the money out of my account. So I drive to the restaurant, I let the lady know that I placed my oder online. She said she didn't receive anything. So I pull up to the window and show her the receipt with the order number and the address. She said oh well I didn't get it, so I can't do anything. She didn't seem to care that this happened. She just looked at me as if to say oh well. I ask for the manager and she says there's no manager here and she cant get a hold of one. So I ask her how do I get my money back? She didn't really have an answer. She was so lost. I asked for corporate number and she looked around lost with yet another 'I don't know' response. Then she tells me, oh the manager will be here in about 3 min. So she can get ahold of the manager? Absolutely ridiculous, horrible customer service. I learned from a different Carl's Jr location (a lot better and so much more friendlier) that the app is from a 3rd party and isn't always reliable. A refund should be headed back into your account soon. And they still gave me the online discount by showing me how to navigate through the app and bringing up codes to scan.
A better to handle this situation would be!!!!

Boom, there you go. That would've been so much better. You are in customer service, you need to act professional. Not with a frown, not with a no care attitude and definitely don't repeat "I don't know" for everything. Managers, educate your employees. They won't have such a hard time.
This place needs to be trained all around. The prices are crazy high for this level of service.

So I tried to order off their menu. But they don't have waffle fries. I ordered a guacamole burger. Which had hardly any on it, and the manager told me that there's guacamole on it. There was maybe a half teaspoon worth on it..... Don't waste your money on this location they ripe yo off and tell you to get bent. If you address the lack of service. It gets even better. The burger was cold and was sitting for who knows how long. I guess Carl's Jr. Has lowered themselves to McDonald's level. The level of service and customer satisfaction is horrible here. The indignant attitude of the manager was off the charts. It's a shame that they don't care about the customer experience at all. And it sucks cause their lack of give a dhit makes me sound like a Karen. If this is what Carl's Jr. is turning into, i won't ever be back, and I hope others reevaluate their choice, at least in locations!!!!! The manager had the obesity to tell me that they didn't have what's on the menu because of the weather. Ideal with weather delays all the time, and the thing is the I-80 pass hasn't been closed for several days. But "our order is stuck on the pass because of weather" was i was told.

The food is always good here. The lettuce is crisp. Drinks are cold and wonderful accents. Great food, though I don’t understand why this place has two star rating.

I ordered door dash and it took the order to this store I ordered a loaded burrito meal with an orange juice and a double western bacon Cheeseburger meal with a strawberry lemonade & 6 piece star nuggets . I didn’t receive my handy rounds nor my orange juice & I didn’t get the strawberry lemonade i received a regular lemonade & it didn’t even take like lemonade PURE WATER . They prices are ridiculous and for the workers not to do the job right ??????

Well, the food was so good, I forgot to take a pic til I was almost done.
Clean inside and out, and as always, way better than any other fast burger joint I'd normally visit.
Cashier was friendly and willing to explain the difference between some similar items.
Price was a bit higher than I expected, but the rest makes that easier to believe.
Definitely come here and buy food, and dine in. So yum.

My daughter and granddaughter went to go eat after a funeral. I’ve been to this location since my kids were little, My youngest is 30 now. So it’s been a long time. It has gone downhill completely. We walked in we weren’t even greeted for the longest time. The ice machine was broken, The sodas watered down and had no carbonation Totally disgusting. The girl was completely rude behind the counter. We received our food, My burger was cold, Lettuce was wilted and soggy. I could say the only thing good about this experience was the fried zucchini! Management needs to get in there and clean house. Tables were disgusting, Don’t even get me started about the bathroom. That place needs to be cleaned up or closed down.

I can not believe how rude your workers are Jenny and all her coworkers met me with nothing but disrespect when all I was trying to do was get a meal to eat I went in the drive trough the lady was rude and had a complete attitude towards everything I said they charged us 30 freaking dollars for some okay food and complete disrespect I will never go to that store again and I wish I knew the number to there hr because this is just not okay and then on top of it all I get up to the window and see the grown ass employees playing like children.

My son and I both got food poisoning after eating here. Plus, the guy serving the food was dripping sweat and handling food and money without gloves. Last time I went, the gal came in from a smoke break and didn't wash her hands, making the bag and my car smell like an ashtray. Never eating here again.

I just left from this location two minutes ago when I walked in it was completely empty. The boy at the register looked at me picked up his phone and looked at his phone for about 30 seconds before he went to the register and then took another 10 seconds and until he asked me, can I help you, ordered a cheeseburger. The ladies made it way too fast put it on the metal counter and the same young man sat there on his phone. I watched him for a good three minutes until the drive-through guy seen my look on my face looked at me and came around him, grabbed my food and handed it to me. I got in the car to take a bite of the burger It’s cold terrible service terrible food

I like this Carl’s location in my neighborhood and I hear people complaining about the lack of service and waiting times for their food so if you prefer Jack in the box go. I rather wait and enjoy a better burger ? and fries and lots of seating and parking ?️

One of the best fast food food hamburgers out there. They have a good menu. My only complaint would be the price. The employees are friendly. I have never been inside.
