I love their Western Bacon Barbecue Double Cheeseburgers. It is my favorite Cheeseburger of any restaurant. The staff at this location was very courteous and the food was as good as it gets. I will go out of my way to eat here when I can.

Had biscuits and gravy and I didn't like how they give it to you and the biscuits weren't fresh. They give you one kinda hard biscuit and a small bowl of gravy in a container.

On Silverado Blvd. in Reno, Carl's offers amazing burgers and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich that's unbeatable AND they put in on sourdough bread for us. We travel all the way from Reno's North Valleys to pick up their food. Really, really wish they would put one out here as our population has skyrocketed! Carl's prices are fair and a great value for what they offer! 👍💯😋

The top bun is too stale, never had that problem with Jack in the Box or McDonald’s. But it’s a good burger. The shake isn’t thick but it’s good. The drive through lady was a jerk. If anyone knows fast food and us, we know what we’re talking about. Currently on our way to Taco Bell then McDonald’s

Was at drive thru at night and a lady with glasses was being extremely rude. I had asked if they took Apple Pay and she slammed the door and I can see her making faces and when she returned she said that reluctantly they do accept it. Overall a terrible worker, I hope she is not the manager because I would hate to have her as a supervisor. If she treats customers that bad then I’m praying for the poor workers.

Theirs a 7-11 connected to the this location. I parked in front of this location, got my items from 7-11 and on my way out, an old women starts yelling at me and trying to talk down to me. If this how she is with random people, I'd hate to see what it's like to work with her.

The woman taking my order in the drive thru was so incredibly rude. For her age, I was really surprised at how inept she was. Passing through town, and I definitely don’t recommend stopping if this woman is working. According to her tag, her name is Debbie. Sad because my husband and I usually enjoy eating the food at Carl’s.
