The food was great. Best grilled chicken sandwich I've had in a long time and the staff had smiles on their faces when greeting you and serving the food. I will go back when I am in the area.

My score is due to problems being charged for a cancelled order that was confirmed cancelled at window. Did not get a receipt even though I asked for one. Cancelation was due to major problems with app not properly applying coupons they e-mailed me. Tried to call CS, they have none, have to send note in on line. No response. Finally posted on FB, heard back days later telling me to email them with a provided link. Link is invalid. Back to FB, never have gotten a second response. Next time in town will stop by and talk to manager with copies of bank records. Sure they assume most people will eat the charge for meal they did not get. I won't. Piss poor customer service.

Stopped by at 8:30 am. Ordered a breakfast burrito and a small cola. $7 and some change. Four bites later, I stopped somewhere else and bought breakfast. This place is on my commute and super easy to get in and out of but I won't be back.

I order a wrong order accidentally and brought the order back in but since they touch the burger and so did I they through it away and charge me for the second order two. I didn't ask them to throw THE FIRST ORDER away I would of taken the two orders home. They all had stared at me and said we threw it away anyway and said we can't give you your money back for the first order. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EAT HERE AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE?
I went in to try the angus char green chili burger and was sorely disappointed! 1st I didn’t get angus beef instead 2 very thin patties; no sauce; no whole green chili and my lettuce was white and old.
