Server / bartender never approached us. We sat there and tried to make contact but she ignored us. Very disappointed. Money walked in and out. Terrible customer service.

I don't know why we had this experience but we did. My sister and I sat at a table then she moved to the bar to order and was overlooked. But the bartender has time to have a conversation with others and take shots. What makes it even better, my sister left the bar to come back to the table, someone else sits in the same spot she was in and boom, immediately noticed and served. This was 9 pm btw, it wasn't busy. No excuse for how she was treated.

While the drinks were beautifully crafted, it gets ridiculously loud in this place. I appreciate the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful cocktail, but challenging to have a conversation. The patio was nice, but equally loud.

The atmosphere was wonderful and honestly my favorite aspect of this bar. They served tarot cards with the drinks, which was a unique touch. Everything was calm but busy, and the bartenders all knew what they were doing, making it a good time overall. That being said, our mixed drinks tasted like nothing but the mix; I could barely tell the alcohol was in my drink. Considering there are plenty of places to get drinks in the Reno area, there's no need to shortchange folks. No need to skimp on a $16 drink!

i’ve gone a handful of times adn each time only one bartender working. orders are backed up or wait time becomes obnoxious. prices are in the higher side. they have a decent christmas drink menu if you’re there during holidays.
