Never ate here before it will be the lasted I seen how thay cleaned the grill And thay didn't have the hoods on and the smoke from the grill was going all over the place Any way thay used paper towels and ran the paper over the sink thay clean there hads Nastey the food taste like the grill For 10 buckes I've had better Philly steakes especially from home Where not from here just thought give it a try and it suckes

Worst store out there the people can barely speak English put in my order they screwed it up told me the only way they would correct it is if I come down there and pick up a different order by bringing them the order they screwed up because she couldn't read the receipt because I ordered online little confused about that situation you screw up my food put things on there I asked not to be put on there because I'm allergic to them can you tell me it's not your fault and it's I'm pretty much screwed out of a $40 order plus tip because I had it delivered completely unsatisfied will not recommend them to anybody worst place ever in customer service sucks they don't stand behind their product or what happens if I actually eat it because I'm allergic to it kind of stupid on their part not to rectify the situation deeply dissatisfied

Philly cheesecake was disappointing. Bread was stale and cheese was cold meat was dry. Paid for ranch for wings and wasnt given to me with my food had to go back and ask for it.

1st time getting did. This location is inside a food court at Meadowood Mall. The girl that took my order was very nice. The food not so good. Ordered it to go, got home & was disappointed. Sandwich not so good. I think the chicken was just lunch meat, the fries were raw in the middle. Won't waste my $$ again.

I ordered their Cajun And Lemon Pepper dry rub and it didn’t have any flavor. Seemed it came right out the fryer and I asked when I opened the box if the rubs were added and he bluntly lied to me.

I will try to be clear and honest After a while I decided to give this place another chance. But again I found the same thing, bad service and completely ignored by the two employees of the place. After waiting 20 minutes I confronted the girl and she completely ignored me. Fortunately, someone else came to the checkout who I asked and told me that by mistake someone marked it as completed and told me to wait a little longer, I finally got my food about 30 minutes after placing my order with the bearded employee and long hair. The food was good as always:

Order the Philly and it tasted just like a roast beef sandwich.... no kind of seasoning on it at all... it was so bland and tasteless....And my favorite place for 6 years I don't go to the mall much but when I do I always eat here... I know new owners have taken over I don't know if it's been a year or two or what but I will never go back ever
