I will try to be clear and honest After a while I decided to give this place another chance. But again I found the same thing, bad service and completely ignored by the two employees of the place. After waiting 20 minutes I confronted the girl and she completely ignored me. Fortunately, someone else came to the checkout who I asked and told me that by mistake someone marked it as completed and told me to wait a little longer, I finally got my food about 30 minutes after placing my order with the bearded employee and long hair. The food was good as always:

Charley's was the only reason I'd go to the mall. I tried the Cheese steak and it has zero taste except for a greasy aftertaste.

Order the Philly and it tasted just like a roast beef sandwich.... no kind of seasoning on it at all... it was so bland and tasteless....And my favorite place for 6 years I don't go to the mall much but when I do I always eat here... I know new owners have taken over I don't know if it's been a year or two or what but I will never go back ever

First time eating there food was extremely salty fries was worse had a very hard time eating some bites had so much salt it was hard to eat .
Also they had to remake my order as I do not like onions and they made it with onions

Best sandwich guaranteed! I drove an hour to get a sandwich, better than any sandwich place I’ve tried. Honestly I’m not even sure how anyone can leave a 1 star rating. People are honestly so petty and shouldn’t be aloud to use comments. Go to sacramento and try it if you think the “employees” are that bad. To add this was mine and my husbands go to sandwich place!
