Getting too old for fast food I guess. Used to love this place. Belly ache half the night. Great staff & kids loved it!

I like the chicken sandwich but the chicken be so small it doesn’t even cover the whole bun! It’s like that every time we go there.

I waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru, which in turn made me late for work. And then didn't even acknowledge that they were taking forever or apologize. This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a Chick-fil-

Staff is great! Always friendly service, but my food was pretty terrible tonight. I’ve been eating at Chik-Fil-A restaurants since 2004 & am familiar with most items on their menu. My grilled chicken sandwich was uncharacteristically awful tonight & if this were my first time having it I would never go back again. The bun was hard like a stale biscuit & everything felt overcooked; including my dry & too crispy fries. Sadness! I was in a hurry & way too hungry not to Hoover it. I hope this was a one time bad incident.

Really don't see what people see in the food here. Use to deliver Door Dash. Even if there was a mistake and I got to eat the food for free, didn't want it. Service and atmosphere are good. But why go there if the food isn't,

Mistakes were made, and management made excuses instead of just fixing it. Probably not indicative of Chick-fil-A overall, but this location only. Unfortunate.

Overpriced and under proportioned
Honestly really upset. I ordered a large mac and cheese and that's the main thing I wanted and I paid for a mac and cheese and got a soup?

Delivery. 1 pickle slice in the middle of the chicken sanwitch. Come on, charge me 15 more cents and give me 3. It makes the sandwitch. Ask for it!

11/27/2024 Update - I want to know when this mobile through idea is going to come if age... this place always as a wait, even if you're pulling through with a mobile order. The new traffic pattern is ok but it's still a full on PITA to go through. Hopefully the owner gets a clue and makes some worthwhile changes.
This location is constantly super busy. I waited at least 20 minutes for a take out order of just an 8 count of nuggets a bag of waffle chips and a shake. Also, I wonder why the shake sizes keep changing. The small cup they're using now is not worth the $4.59 it costs. Although I will admit the new autumn spice shake is very very good.
Parking: The drive through lanes are so full and they block the lane to go park for pickup takeout or dine in. Had to wait 10 minutes just to get into the parking lot.

This Chick-Fil-A has wonderful service. The employees are almost aways very nice and friendly. One in every 30 or so ends up not being so great but for the most part, you can be sure you will get great service.
This is the place to stop for FREE WATER, I love the waters with extra ice and it's great for your puppy to get a free water too!
I love that they have the mobile drive thru now, it really helps expedite orders. However, the people that waited in line for quite some time, don't tend to appreciate that you are at the front of their line. Even though they are well informed that there's a mobile ordering option in the app, they choose the slow line and when it meets near the front, they try to cut you off. One woman even ran over a cone because she was not going to let me ahead. Oh well.... Remember there are cameras all over if you try to do this.
I love the ice so I frequently buy their bags of ice that are really affordable. Make sure you ask for a to go bag because they do tend to leak. You need to get the ice home fast and change it over to large Ziplock bags to keep it well. The thin bag they use ends up with holes.
Sometimes we buy the gallon tea, you need to get it in the fridge immediately, do not let it sit and get to room temp. It quickly builds bacteria and will taste like mold and you need to toss it at that point. I would say Raising Cane's in Reno (NOT Sparks, theirs tastes like water) has the best sweet tea but Chick Fil A comes in a close second and is a good substitute. Again, be sure to get a to-go bag because the tea is sticky and tends to be a mess.
As far as the food, the chicken tends to be really thick, not my preference. I like the cutlet style better. The food is outrageously expensive so I avoid it and the fries are never well done, they are always soggy and warm, not hot or fresh and they will not make them fresh for you either, it holds up the line.

Chick fil a is getting ridiculous. 11.79 for a chicken sandwich meal with the tiniest piece of chicken ever. The tomato is thicker then the chicken. It's just a rip off, you're better off going to a real restaurant for how much they are charging.
