We normally don't do this, but a couple a moths ago we went to eat here, food is alright but PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILL THERE IS A SERVER THAT LIKES TO OVER CHARGE THINGS YOU DIDN'T ORDER. Our table was a party of 5 and she just gave us the machine to pay she didn't give us a bill to see, (yes understand our falta for not checking it there too), she did ask if we wanted the bill texted to us I said yes. The next day I checked it and the were 3 other meals on there that weren't ours, I called them and the girl took my info. And said her manager would be calling, never called. We have not returned & won't! I don't know if she thought that bc we were drinking & excepted the bill to be a little high but still I did check it this time and this happened with no call back from manager. Now I do check my bill overtime.

We visited this place recently and the price of each plate is so high now. I really liked the Winnemucca location better. We went on a Friday evening and it was so empty. The portions are all too. The only thing I really loved were the desserts. I would recommend the prices be more reasonable or have bigger portions. Our waitress was very nice and very accommodating!

Something changed. Feels more corporate. Didn't feel the authentic original experience I had when they first opened.
The food is delicious but the service is very bad. We went to dinner as 4 people, they only brought us 3 sets of cutlery, we asked for water and napkins and they never brought anything. And it's not the first time.

1st timer. The food was good, and service was faster then expected. Nice comfy atmosphere. Was also there during non busy time, which i feel made it better. Will go again if ever in the neighborhood. Recommend.

Nobody likes to get ripped off and even sometimes the smallest things end up being some of the biggest things. Today are the fajitas and I ordered a side of pico de gallo for $2.95. I didn’t expect a gigantic bowl of pico de gallo but I did expect to get more than a spoonful. I’m not even exaggerating they charge nearly 3 dollars for a spoonful of pico. Not even like a large spoon either like a small dinner or spoon. So I asked the server if that was the correct size she said I put it in and that’s what they gave me. Totally not acceptable but I wasn’t even in the mood to argue with somebody who just turned her back and walked away. Then I ordered a to go Meal for my son. It was the Quesabirria tacos with consommé. Except when I brought it home no consommé. Isn’t that kind of the whole point of this dish? Anyways I quit going to this place a few years ago for poor Service and they seem like they want to nickel and dime the customer on everything. Today I went back to see if there was any different and I was wrong. The waitress who helped us was actually pretty nice but everybody else was not so friendly. There was a guy that looked like he might’ve been the manager who brought us our food and he just had a scale on his face like he didn’t want to be there. They’re way too many places in town to do with that. Nothing special here.

First time being here service was lousy I literally had to yell four times for water. The veteran and his wife next to me as they left, said yes first time here I’ll never come back.

Was in Reno and Tahoe for several weeks on an extended work trip. Got a craving for Mexican and decided to give this place a try. As a San Diego native, I have high expectations when trying new Mexican restaurants. This place didn't disappoint.
As a first time customer, I'm absolutely blown away with the level of service. My partner and I arrived shortly after 8:00 p.m. and the place was still hopping. After about a 15 minute wait, we were offered a booth and decided to order the fresh made guacamole before deciding on our main. We were brought out some complimentary chips, red and green salsa which were both delicious.
I inquired about spicier salsa and our server brought out the habanero, which was diabolical and flavorful. After speaking to another server, he recommended that I try the taco sauce (medium heat), which paired perfectly with the mild red salsa. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness was refreshing when so many places just treat you like a number and make you feel like they don't value your business.
After a short wait, and some refills on my iced tea and chips, the sizzling platter of fajitas came out and looked textbook perfect. The meat was grilled in season to perfection, both the chicken and steak were wonderful. The caramelization made it taste otherworldly just by itself.
After devouring our entire meal, my partner and I left the establishment with smiles on our face. We assured our server that we will definitely be returning.

Delicious food, Amazing staff, and great atmosphere. A patio if you want to chill with a margarita outside, plenty of tvs if you want to watch sports, and plenty of room for large groups or partys. My family's favorite restaurant in Reno.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section on the menu and many items can be made Vegan by request.
Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating, we have been bringing our son from 6 months to current (18 mo.) Kids menu available, high chairs, birthday partys. Very family friendly environment.
