Worst experience ever. I've worked in the food industry for more than 10 years and I have never seen such a POOR costumer service and food quality in my life. We placed an order over the phone with a lady who could barely speak English or even understand it at all, i had to almost yell over the phone to place my order. I asked them among the other things ONE sweet and sour pork with extra sauces for it on the side. However when we picked up the order and got home at the other side of town we found 4 sweet and sour pork instead of one. We called immediately to tell them they misunderstood the order and they refused to give us any refund unless WE take the food back even though they screw it up. I have NEVER seen in all the restaurants I worked in people getting their rightful refunds kept HOSTAGE unless they return the food. We weren't even asking for a full refund, just asking for the extra things they added to be refunded and even then they refused and kept making poor excuses of. Then they added the excuse they needed the cards to do the refund, so they made us drive all the way back there, for absolutely nothing. The worst part is the food wasn't even decent. The fried rice had no flavor at all, like literally no flavor, even adding soy sauce it felt like we were eating white rice. The chow mein was awful, noodles were weird and over cooked . And the chicken was so over seasoned you had to take 2 spoonful's of rice with it to swallow it down. Absolutely disgusting service and disgusting food for the amount of money we had to pay and the waste of time and energy. Im pregnant and I did not enjoy one single thing out of this experience. Very rude and careless people, they will do ANYTHING to take your money and don't care about what they are serving.

Food was súper nasty it was super hot and very old like if they would of mixed it with new and old chicken. Feels like microwaved.The chicken taste very old and hard. They also gave me the wrong food. I will never go back to this place.

Outstanding authentic sweet and sour shrimp with egg drop soup, and vegetable egg rolls. Referred by an army veteran while I was registering at the Reno Veteran's Affairs Clinic. I will have to track him down and thank him for the perfect referral of delicious chinese food. I know everyother meal/combo will have the same delictable outcome.
