The customer service is really relaxing and nice. Everybody is so attentive and respectful. The place is extremely clean and smells refreshing. The food is made when ordered and it’s absolutely delicious.
The staff here don’t really understand English well, which makes ordering difficult and can lead to mistakes. I ordered 2 chow fun but only received 1, and even after trying my best to explain to the older lady and man, it was still a communication issue. They also charge extra for vegetables that are usually included in chow fun you can choose $2, $4, or $6 for small, medium, or large portions. The chow fun itself was bland with no real flavor or seasoning, though the color...
I've been going since it first opened and I've seen it grow into the wonderful sushi place it is now. The customer service is top notch, the food is amazing and the atmosphere is awesome, not to mention the music playlist they have.I HIGHLY recommend O'A Sushi.
