Chipotle in general has been there for me many a time. And this one specifically has saved me in several “forgot to eat, stomach grumbling” situations. Today I came in and it’s peaceful, regular but chill busy level. I had to wait for a bit for someone to help me but as someone who has worked in food service, i know what short staffing looks and dells like and the delay wasn’t a ball drop on the crew’s end- I can tell the crew is working hard, cooking, refilling things. A crew member was holding it down alone on the line and then another came back from their break. Then I had my go to burrito made and chips + queso, their new chimichurri sauce and a Poppi soda. The restroom was very clean and I had a face spot to sit and feast. That leaves me a happy camper - hats off to the crew here, I know Chipotle has employee perks but the employees here should be paid much more than they are and sufficiently staffed. AKA the top executives should get paid less 😙

We ordered a small cheese quesadilla kids meal for our 2 year old which had pinto beans included. The beans were very spicy!!! Seriously?! Serving toddler spicy food? I asked the staff there and they denied doing anything wrong. What is the problem then? They must have mixed up some hot sauce with the beans. Very bad experience! Luckily I found out before my kid ate it. Not the first time they messed up non spicy food with spicy sauce. But they should pay more attention when they prepare the kids meal!

Not the worst. Not the best. Girl with ponie tail rushes and is unfriendly. Generally unclean environment. Usually out of stuff. Tracy is very nice and helpful.

If the lady with the brown pony tail and collared button shirt is the manger, Alexis (I got a business card a while ago, now there’s a new one of some other lady), chipotle needs to find better managers! I come a couple of times a week and sometimes she finishes my meals. I’ve never gotten even a slight smile, barely any eye contact, hastily throws food on the entree, she’s only interested in getting as many people through the line as fast as possible with no care for the interaction. I don’t want to come in and feel like a burden for getting food. From what I’ve heard, this is a normal interaction with her. Everyone else was friendly, though!
Very understaffed and overworked. Sometimes there are only 3 people working in the entire restaurant. This seems like a recurring issue based on other reviews. I see new faces appear and disappear every week. A good manager is what makes a good restaurant. If you can’t keep staff, maybe start reflecting inward… it’s not the staffs fault for bad management, especially when the manager herself doesn’t set a good example for how to interact with customers. And, as another reviewer said, “Do better, Chipotle leadership. We're all human beings. Your employees deserve to be shown appreciation in ways that are meaningful to them.” !!!!! Very unfortunate for them.
The taller guy with short, dirty-blonde hair and light facial hair was amazing. He’s beyond friendly and helpful every time I see him.
Go to this chipotle if you want a 50/50 chance of feeling bad for ever being hungry in the first place or of being pleasantly surprised.

This place is gross. While waiting in line, I saw a large belly employee transferring cooked rice into the serving bin using his shirt and stomach area to help push it in — no apron, visibly sweaty, and clearly unsanitary. That same bin was then brought directly to the front to serve customers from. Just thinking about it makes me feel nauseated.
That’s the last time I went there.
The time before that a guy put skimpy portions in my bowl- I asked for more and he looked totally pissed off. I normally like chipotle but I won’t be going to this one anymore.
The dirty potbelly shirt guy happened October 1 in the evening.

Workers couldn’t roll a burrito. And gave us a ripped bag so our food dropped all over the floor. Two of the workers tried to roll our burritos which were not very full and the contents of the burrito were spilling out everywhere. Neither of the burritos were very full either as me and my fiancé enjoy minimal toppings. They had to get new tortillas to reroll my burrito and just scooped the mushy contents of my burrito onto some new tortillas. They then skipped serving my brother in law who was in line behind us. The bag they handed us was ripped and the moment we picked it up our burritos fell right on the floor and there was no offer to help or remake the food. No apologies and we had to ask for a new bag.

Filthy is the nicest thing I can say about the food counter. This was not rush-hour. This was 9 PM. There was nobody there. Maybe it’s just me, but food should be the top priority… As I stepped up to place my order, and saw the condition of things… I walked out. I have seen rest stop bathrooms in better shape than this.
What has happened to Chipotle?? Out of pretty much every meat, and the ones they have are the leftovers at the bottom. It happens almost every time I go. I just left, like who wants the scraps at the bottom of the pan?
This is the worst chipotle. I keep trying to give it another chance and I keep regretting it

There was a palpably depressed vibe in here from the moment we walked in. The employees seemed so unhappy, and it really broke my heart. Maybe it was an off day, but from what I've heard, they aren't treated well or paid what they deserve.
Do better, Chipotle leadership/executive board. We're all human beings. Your employees deserve to be shown appreciation in ways that are meaningful to them. They're giving hours of their lives they cannot get back. Give them the dignity, respect, and pay they deserve.
Greed like this is destroying the world. If we want anything to change, humanity must matter more than profits.
If you work here and you're reading this--you're worth better than this, and I hope you you know it. ❤

Update 12-24
Wow, what happened here? The employee gave a half a scoop of meat, scraping the last tidbits of meat from the bin. When my wife asked about it, the employee said it was 4 oz. Please, do not gaslight me on 1/4 of a pound. He added some chicken to it and then charged for double meat. My wife ordered a salad and the lettuce was old and wilted. Sad to see Chipotle go downhill like this. The burrito was almost $20 (it had queso, too). For one small burrito and one wilted salad it was $30. Employee pissed off attitude didn't help. We will probably not be returning to this one. The Keystone branch seems to have happier employees. And, Qdoba is just across the street from this Chipotle (and I think they don't charge for queso). BTW, music is still loud.
Original post from 2017
Good fresh food. Wish the music was more mainstream and not so loud. Very hard to have a conversation.
