Slowest I've ever seen no respect for customers. Why have a job if u don't want to get customers food. Awfully will never return here shame on you chipotle for not watching over your managers

The food and service was great. No problems. The problem is this place is trash! All the tables were dirty, the floor was dirty, concrete floor is cracking and missing small chunks in some places. The furniture is old, uncomfortable, and needs replacing. Absolutely no effort has been put forth to clean or refresh this place. It needs professionally cleaned and painted. Total mess!

Paying an extra $5.00 for double meat, just to have a proper portion of meat is ridiculous. A whole burrito is over $11 already. Chipotle is too expensive.

Showed up around 1030 am. on 12/18/2024, I stood in line close to 10 minutes before I was greet it, and then they told me it was going to take a while before they could serve me. They were more focused on a catering order than service the clients that were there, yes there was more i wasn't the only one.

I've had some very off encounters at this specific chipotle, but the one I had yesterday takes the cake when it comes to awful customer service.
I realize saying "hi" to the customers isn't a necessity, but to be so dismissive and rude as to ignore when a customer greets you and asks how your day is feels a little off. But the worst part was ordering CHIPS???? I ordered a side of chips with no salsa OR guacamole ( I've never liked or asked for guacamole anywhere) but the guy behind the counter assumes I want guacamole and tries to gaslight me 3 times saying it's what I asked for when I NEVER DID only to end up passive aggressively throwing it away and then staring at me while saying nothing as I'm waiting for someone to give me my $3 refund for the guacamole that was wasted for no reason. If you want a decent customer service experience at chipotle, don't go to this one.
