Her portions are awful. She literally was skimpy on fajitas. It’s onions and peppers….like what. It’s so stupid to pay for a $20 for sour cream, tomatoes, and corn. You guys need to figure it out with your workers. I’ve had previous bad experiences. But this is just ridiculous. Look how pathetic this bowl is. Idk even know why I let my boyfriend pay for this.

they gave me 5 peices of rice, 3 bites of chicken. the only thing they didn’t mess up was my tortilla. I’m drowning and sour cream and lettuce. soda machine sprayed all over me asked for quesadilla with chicken received plain tortilla, and kids meal

It was still early enough in the evening that the place wasn’t to busy. The young man behind the counter serving me was a kind individual who because of the grill behind him had to keep repeating himself and smiling all the time. The food was o and the service was fantastic

Chipotle is my very favorite restaurant but I was not happy with my order because the girl threw the salsa container in the bottom of the bag under my bowl and it spilled all on the bag. It almost ripped thru the bottom and my food would have spilled out on the ground. Since it was a to-go order I asked for sour cream and pico de gallo on the side and also four small tortillas. You already know what happened with the salsa and the tortillas tasted strange so I just ate the bowl without tthem. Also I have always ordered sides with my bowls and never been charged as well as never been charged for tortillas and I was charged $3.20 this time for tortillas and pico de gallo. Anyways, I I still love Chipotle but I was disappointed with this visit.

Just extremely underwhelming and not worth your time. Chipotle name holds a reputation. But this location by far has been the worst one I have been to. Definitely will not be coming back unfortunately.

A huge thank you to the young lady that helped me today and once in the past as well. Today 7/22/2025. I was in the process of working on a difficult Door Dash delivery. Difficult Customer in this specific case. The Employee at this location was very helpful giving me a much needed hand getting the customer order to my car so I could make the delivery as soon as possible. Thank you again for helping me with a difficult situation and making it easier to handle 😀

Don't go here if you need to eat vegetarian. They cross contaminate the protein. We usually order sofritas because we're vegetarian. In one of the bowls there were pieces of beef. My girlfriend has been vegetarian since 5 years old and cannot digest meat. It made her very sick. Again this place can't be trusted if you need to eat vegetarian. Unacceptable.
