The service was absolutely horrible. This is my first time eating at this restaurant. I was standing there waiting to order, and the lady snaps at the other lady doing orders telling her to tell the customers we don't have steak... no one asked for steak.... the gentleman running the register was running back and forth between the kitchen and the register trying to help refill stuff as much as possible...There is a long line, and this poor girl is helping everyone. I'm pretty sure she was pregnant and asking the other staff, and the lady or manager just kept telling her no... I dont know what the hell is a matter with this staff that they can't help each other out.... seriously, you had a line of 10+ people she was seriously trying her best....Let's talk about the food, it was ok. I really don't understand why everyone raves about how amazing it is. But maybe it would have been better if I got treated with better service.The quality is not worth the price...Parking: It's a large parking lot with lots of spaces.

This chipotle is always out of at least 1 main ingredient, every single time I go at a normal dinner time they are ether out of rice, steak or somehow cheese. Once I came and they had a sign in the front that they were out of 8 of the main ingredients. Please fix

Avoid this location. Shoot, avoid all Chipotle in Reno. This location I went to at 1pm on a Saturday. Every food silver container was more or less empty. I asked if they'd be refilling and the young woman behind the counter said maybe 30 mins. The rice looked mostly empty and dry. The beans were all juice. No Pico de Gallo or corn salsa. No brown rice. No chicken. I gave the beginning of my order and she put saddest scoop of rice in my bowl. She had to lift the silver container to get the last bits out. I then asked for beans. She gave me a heaping spoon of bean juice and like 4 beans and then asked me what meat I wanted. I then looked at the meat and there was a layer of congealed goo on whatever was left in the meat containers. I looked at my partner and said, nope, we're leaving. Told them thank you, we don't want to eat here. You guys, she scooped the beans off the rice and put them back in the silver container and did the same with the rice. Cross contamination, anyone? I saw the same thing happen at another Chipotle where I watched an employee pour a to go container of queso into the vat of queso and mix it up real quick. Are they no longer teaching food safety at chipotle??? I will not be back.

Maybe it was because it was the lunch rush. But the worker was in a huge hurry and kept trying to put the lid on my bowl after each ingredient, when clearly I want more than just rice and chicken. Acted irritated when I asked for pico and cheese. Asked for double chicken and it was less than one spoonful. Super skimpy. Overall avoid the lunch rush of possible, every other time I had a decent experience.

This place is always like a go to place for us. Whenever we feel , no cooking at home we always have their Chipotle bowl and it has everything included. Good amount of rice and beans along with veggies and cheese. Very well balanced food option.Vegetarian options: They have good amount of veg options.

This is the worst Chipotle in Reno. The young gal who served us at lunch on 12/22 was very rude and slopped our tacos together with no care. We barely got any meat. I called her out about it and she gave me attitude. She was unkind to my teen son who was deciding what to get on in his bowel. One of my tacos had one slice of carne asada. The place was dirty. The bathrooms are gross..there are better locations in Reno.

There were several issues:There was no white rice, asada or chicken and the staff was unable to provide an approximate readiness.When the chicken was ready, it was overcooked and almost burnt.Most importantly the customer service was terrible, the staff behind the counter was short tempered and almost seemed mad to be serving the food. They were not courteous or polite and overall a bad attitude.The people behind us decided to leave due to this same matter.The restaurant was dirty and not well looked after either and it didn’t seem to be busy at all.

Usually this location gives you a decent portion for your meal,I don’t know what happened but tonight both meals I ordered were very light on the meat ?maybes one third the normal portion. For the first time ever I am still hungry after eating my meal, the bowl I ordered wasn’t even full. If this keeps up this location is going to loose customers starting with me! If your going to cut the amount of food cut you prices!!

Ordered to go and went to pick up my food and noticed every table in the dining room was filthy. The garbages were over flowing and trash was all over the floor. I saw one person working the food counter ( which was a mess) while six people were in the kitchen laughing and neglecting the customers. The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in and it made me question the quality of the food. If the dining area looks like that, what does the kitchen look like and how is the food prepared. I will not be returning to this chipotle.
