Drove 20 minutes in rain, just to get back and see two sides (that I requested as a side) were missing and no napkins and utensils were provided even though I requested one when doing the online order. My meal was ruined as I couldn’t eat it. Such a waste of money!

I placed an order online spent $31. I go to pick it up. I drive all the way home. Open up my large guacamole that is made supposedly every day fresh and the guacamole is BLACK, I drive all the way back to chipotle walk up to the counter. Tell the girl that I just picked up my to go and then I would like some fresh guacamole not black guacamole and she tells me oh it’s just a little oxidized girl I know what guacamole looks like sitting for days it turns blackish dark green. She then says oh let me get you some fresh guacamole, the guacamole that I am now taking home looks slightly fresher, but still a dark green! Chipotle, you need to do better!!!

Best experience ever at any Chipotle. I came in pretty late in the evening, but Isaac greeted me with warmest and brightest smile. He was helping multiple customers, but made me feel like I was the only one in the restaurant somehow. I've rarely met anyone as efficient and knowledgeable as him; he had my order done so fast but still managed to make it look like a work of art. And it was so good.
Isaac was incredibly professional and friendly, and he's the reason I'll be coming back to this particular location. Thank you!

This Chipotle is ok. Their staff is amazing but their garbage is always full. The food is okay, but the guacamole is ALWAYS brown. I don't know why, but it Is. 3 stars.
