This location probably has the worst operator in the whole franchise!
Do not come here after 6pm. They do not cook fresh food after this time and just wait until things run out. Cold steak, stale rice, no toppings.
1 girl was working the front and register while other employees sat around watching the line of customers.

I have celiac and have had bad experiences at other locations where they just don't care and are rude when I say I have an allergy. But after a couple years I gave it another shot at this location while traveling and Sofia was SO nice about it and went out of her way to not only change gloves but also use new utensils and wipe down the whole line for me. Very much appreciated!

I ordered a burrito through a delivery service. The burrito came with the wrong meat, no cheese, and no salsa. I called Chipotle but they won’t help you if you used a delivery service. The delivery person only had one order from there, so it’s definitely not his fault. The store refuses to make it right.

Some blue haired unaccountable looking slob handed me my food at the pickup window and apologized because the drink machine was down. Already a bad sign.
Ordered two bowls of steak, chips and Guac and kids meal with a drink and chips.
There were no chips included, the hard tacos were stale, the only drink they had available was lemonade, and worst of all the steak and Guac tasted like it was going bad and was slightly sour.
This is not only horrible service but a possible health hazard. Stay away

I ordered at this location because of the convenient drive-through. I’ve been here a couple of times and I haven’t had much of a problem but tonight there were many different issues. First thing is the tracking system never showed my order was ready. We went any way. One meal was missing fajitas, one barely had chicken and the new red chimichurri sauce that we paid for was barely half full. ( I will say the the new Red chimichurri sauce was delicious and should be kept on the menu. The worst part was when we got it and started driving home we saw that all of the hot sauces were open in the bag and everything was covered in sauce. It was a mess.

When you hire younger generation with no work ethic, don't be surprised by the low rating of your establishment. Slow, rude and the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Never again at this location.

Worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. For starters, the place was filthy. Old food and overflowing trash inside and outside. Went to order a burrito and bowl. Service was very slow. Took 15 minutes to get my food with one person in front of me. When it was finally my turn to order, they were out of almost everything. The only thing they had left was old, cold steak. Everything down the line they were scraping old cold food from the bottom of the tins. The guy ordering after me just walked out. Employees have not been trained on efficiency or hospitality at all.

I'm livid. I specifically selected another location and when it processed it made it this location. I automatically called to cancel order because there was no cancel option. And the phone was a voice system that did not hear my response no matter how loud I answered and it wouldn't let me bypass it. So I couldn't cancel. So I then went to the contact us robot that asked what was wrong and I selected cancel and it literally said canceling is tricky and then said was this info helpful. And just kept doing that. And would not let me cancel. And on top of all that. It took an hour for my food to get to me amd I live 2 miles away. This was the worst experience ever. What a scam. Stealing people money. Horrible way to run a business. In my opinion it's 0 stars but it won't let me post unless I select star.
