Good lunch yesterday! Food was good. Service was attentive, pleasant, and friendly. Compliments to the management on their hiring. Our waitress and another I observed nearby were both incredibly friendly and positive people.

Really like to eat at Claimjumper resturants when we are out of town, we don't have one in our town. Waitress was great, Both my husband and my meal had no taste, my salad was bitter they had added cabbage to a green salad. Husband's vegetable was burnt. Will go to Claimjumpers again just not in Reno, Nevada

We've been to this location multiple times and always good food and good service. This time was unfortunately different.. our waitress didn't introduce herself and made us feel rushed to decide on drinks. We ordered our food.. and when it came the mashed potatoes were cold.. Our waitress was nowhere to be found so I brought it up to someone else who offered to bring me different mashed potatoes.. those potatoes also came cold. The artichoke hearts were severely over cooked. Our waitress never came to ask how our food was or check on us.. she did however quickly drop off refills for my husband.. (never offered me another drink or something different). We didn't see our waitress again until it was time to pay the check. We will most likely give them another try as this wasn't what we normally experience, but it was disappointing as we rarely have the time or money for a date night and this wasn't the experience we enjoy.

Went to celebrate my grandson 18 birthday. There were 12 of us all together. Our server,Shaw was efficient, friendly and super attentive to us! She was an outstanding server. I'll go back again and ask to be seated in her area. Claim jumper has a gem in her! And yes,the food was delicious.

We waited quite a while to be seated in spite of having made a reservation ahead of time, and we waited a LONG time for a server to come to our table. The steak was very tough (had the same steak before and it was tender), and the vegetables on the plate were lukewarm at best. The coleslaw had very little dressing--as though someone who made it didn't know how--or care. This is probably our last visit to Claim Jumper as this was very poor value for the money we spent.

Made a reservation and let the restaurant know it was for a birthday. Unfortunately, that was never acknowledged. Ordered a steak with onion rings which I never received. They were obviously short handed and our waitress was scampering but she did a good job considering the territory she had to cover. Food was fair but nothing spectacular. Will probably source a different restaurant on our next visit to Reno.

Great selection for the brunch, except would have preferred refried beans instead of black beans. Every dish was very tasty except the chicken with mushrooms. Desserts needed at least one no flour option, but the lemon squares and cheesecake were delicious! Definitely would do a brunch again!

The Father's Day Brunch was extremely disappointing. Most foods were either not available, dried out or too old to eat. My $40 bought scrambled eggs, powdered potatoes, a hard waffle and some watermelon and lettuce(salad). The salad consisted of lettuce and dressing. No toppings. The carving station offered old meat that looked like jerky. My son took one bite of the fajitas and was worried he was going to get sick because it tasted sour. Then, we were charged for our soft drinks, which should have been included for $40. This was a disappointing and embarrassing family celebration event for my family that I can't take back. Advertise the real situation so customers can make informed decisions. I would have chosen to go somewhere else. I did not complain at the restaurant because it was not the waitress's fault but I could tell she felt bad enough. Waste of money and time.

I came in jun 3 to celebrate with my family my son's graduation. I even set up reservations a day before for 6pm i know it's busy. I arrived my table was right by the kitchen. i asked for another table nicely and was told there we're none able.I would have to wait for a family who had been sitting had been there since maybe 4:45. The hosts was rude as well as the other lady she was with. they started whisper amongst each other looking over at us. So we left who would stay? We made reservations for NO reason an wasted 30mins!! I WILL not be going back please learn better customer service!!

My family ate here last week for a reunion and it was great. The service staff was really friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. You get a large meal here for a very good price. The grilled shrimp and the desserts were really great. Would definitely eat here again on a return trip!

Disappointed that when you order prime, everything is else is extra. So, you get nothing without costing you more . Should at least get a salad or soup. Who orders just the meat? You're penalized for ordering prime. Doesn't seem right.

You can tell it's definitely the older generation that comes here the most. Our appetizers and food, we had to get warmed up. I'm guessing they didn't wanna “burn” their average consumer. they were pretty heavy handed on their pores with the cocktails and very dark lighting

We went to Claim Jumper for the Mother's Day brunch. The first visit to this restaurant ever and the first visit to any Claim Jumper since COVID. Normally we LOVE LOVE LOVE Claim jumper but this time the food was luke-warm, drinks were very slow (very few customers too). The price for what we paid was easily double what it was worth... it'll be awhile before we go back.
