It was not very good food and terrible service. The waiter was rude and they weren't being fair.
Claio is so so tasty!!
First off thank you to our wonderful server Aiden for an incredible evening. Took such good care of us!
The menu is the perfect size, things are very tasty and you’ll have a good amount of options.
The scallops were incredible - loved these so much.
The steak and potatoes was a fantastic option - so flavorful and potatoes were really flavorful too.
The carrots were so delectable and such a large portion - huge fan of this.
The whole experience was just chefs kiss. Atmosphere is sexy as well for a great date night.
Thanks to the team for not rushing us out the door as we were one of the last seatings.
Can’t wait to come back - cheers!!
Simply amazing.
I love to bring people here. Super accommodating for groups and food is fantastic
We had a very enjoyable experience of unique, creative flavors and textures and cocktails. The young team is friendly and passionate about their food and service. The chef sincerely asked us about our experience and our thoughts. The Hamachi Crudo was the best Crudo ever! Scallops were amazing. Make reservations, it’s small and very popular with locals. Fine dining with a wonderful friendly Reno vibe. Bravo! Thanks for a great experience.
Had a great time celebrating a birthday. Definitely get the chicken. The fennel pollen soft serve was the best thing we had!
The steak needed a harder sear. It was definitely past medium rare.
Delicious dinner and very attentive service! We’ve been here a few times and will definitely keep coming back. The scallops, roasted chicken, and steak are phenomenal. Save room for cheesecake at the end too- it’s so fluffy and light!
My husband and I stopped in on a random Friday without a reservation (definitely make one as it’s a small restaurant) but they were able to seat us at the bar and oh my gosh, best dinner we’ve had in such a long time.
The food was phenomenal and the service was great too. We’ll definitely be back.
Nice and clean
Great food quality
Service is wonderful, atmosphere is charming and comfortable, food is always enjoyable. The menu items seem simple but are executed exceptionally well and are packed with unique flavors. Octopus and scallops we ordered last time were cooked perfectly. My only slight negative is that tables are close together and can be hard to get in and out of without bumping your neighbor.

Absolutely terrible service. Had a reservation for brunch and was sat at a dirty table. Then the couple next to us was talked to and served first. When the waitress finally came to us she simply said “have you been helped yet?” Not welcome in our anything.
The table next to our was so dirty and remained that way well into our meal. There were empty set tables that were not around people and even with a reservation we were placed in the middle of the crowd.
Even though the food is good, it is too expensive for a non-welcoming, loud and overcrowded space.
I will not be back.
The place which was special earlier to book for our anniversary dinner has now become a nightmare . The Mediterranean touch of their food was their highlight. I don’t know what happened to them . I would never go there again even if given free meal . The only Mediterranean they have is hummus even in which they now add lemon . Everything is so sour .whether it be garlic sauce or any sauce that accompany a dish . The baklava soft serve I couldn’t spot baklava in it . All they had was some semolina strands garnished with some yucky looking yucky flavoured sauce . The hamachi crudo served spoilt fish .
New menu is not great at all:
1. Our favorite chicken Rotisserie entrée is now spoilt with pesto and squash
2. Hamachi crudo had fishy taste
3. Humus appetizer was lemony
4. Baklava soft serve had a terrible tasting and ugly looking dark green paste on top which tasted like cough syrup
Wife & friends met for dinner. Good meal & service. Get a reservation. Has outside seating for warmer weather.
Claio is a go-to for a gourmet meal in Reno! I have been here many times over the past few years and the service is always great, the food and drink options are updated often (but not so often you lose your favorite entree) and the flavors are spectacular. The atmosphere is really intentional and cozy, but classy. There are great vegetarian options that are not afterthoughts on the menu. I always look forward to a meal here, and recommend it constantly!
