A popular spot for food, drink and entertainment. It's a little hard to find, but worth it. The food is good, the service very friendly and a great karaoke show on Thursdays.

Such a fun place and good food options. I’d say I’m a cheaper person so the prices seem a touch high for wings/sandwiches but hey I still paid it. Karaoke on Thursdays is such a blast! And it’s right next to a little playground if your littles get restless waiting.

I go here frequently with friends and family. It's a great little place with very friendly staff. The food is very good and so are the drinks. They have different events like karaoke on Tuesday and live music on other nights. Love this place.

Moved here from Hawaii and it matches the best pizza/family restaurant I’ve ever been too. Love that it is family friendly and the food is great and my grandson loves it.

Bartender was friendly and was quick to serve us. Ate at the bar after a long ride in the desert and enjoyed some seared ahi tacos and a cold beer.

An out-of-the-way restaurant in the Cold Springs area north of Reno by the California border. The wife and I like to explore, so we ventured out to Cold Springs.

Cold Springs Crossing Bar and Grill is a neighborhood place where local residents hangout. When we arrived, there was a birthday party going on. Indoor and outdoor seating. Close to a park. Plenty of room for children.

The food was typical pub fare. Not outstanding but very good.

Service was friendly and efficient.

Beware that the background noise can be high when a party is going.

Finally decided to drive out and see you guys looked on your website says you open at 11 o’clock on Thursdays. Listen to your recording on your phone says it opens at 11 o’clock on Thursday so I drove all the way out here from my house to see you guys and I get there and on your door it says you open at noon thanks. It was an enjoyable ride out here. You need to fix your website and you need to fix that answer mean Answering on your phone when somebody calls for hours enjoyable ride out here for nothing.

Here’s a revised version:

Today, I visited my local grill, Cold Springs Crossing. Upon arrival, the waitress almost refused to serve me because I looked young. After being seated, I ordered chicken tenders and fries, which arrived undercooked. Throughout the meal, the waitress barely paid attention to me. When I was ready to pay, I waited five minutes before asking the bartender for my check. The bartender provided my total, but when she returned with my change, I received only $3 instead of the $3.22 I was owed. When I asked about the missing $0.22, she casually responded, "We don’t have change." I find it incredibly rude that they assumed I didn't want my full change. Cold Springs Crossing still owes me money, and I had to ask about it. They have lost my loyalty and business. I do not recommend this place.
