We got shakes here, and were pleasantly surprised at the creaminess and quality of flavor. Pumpkin really tastes like pumpkin, and the whipped cream is way better than canned stuff.

Jessica and Ione went extra miles to help me out even when the store was closed they also spent times reaching out to door dash and follow up by calling me and made sure the cake was ordered and delivered. Door dash app didnât make it easy I would not recommend anyone to use this app again ! Cold stone wonât be able to see the order until one hour prior to delivery which doesnât make any sense ! Ione had to call door dash to get the order number. I had to spend one hour on the phone even get their supervisor involved ! The person answered the phone has a very very strong accent that can be barely understood! My $35 cake turned into $61.78 by door dash as they charged $45 for the small cake when cold stone staff told us itâs $35 but on door dash app only one price for 6 inches $45 plus all the fees âŠ..! But with the help of Jessica and Ione my son got his cake on his birthday! thank you so much both of you ! You made my day !!!

Sadly I have to leave this Coldstone with a low review. The ice cream is great however we just had a terrible experience. We ordered a cake online and used a loyaltly coupon to lower the price on their website. Upon arrival they told us that the cake order cannot be fulfilled do to their freezer-hold not working. At first we understood but then saw our order slip with our personal i formation on the front counter and the words OUT OF STOCK written across it. No one called or reached out to let us know, even though the order was confirmed through the website, that this was the case beforehand and when asked for a refund we were unable to recieve one in store and were given an email to request one. After we did that, we received an email that the card we used would get credited back within 3 business days but since we lost the coupon we feel this whole experience resulted in a loss. Very unfortunate.

One of the worst customer services experiences ever. Staff too busy talking about school and sitting on the counter next to the cash register while customers are trying to get their ice cream. The staff should all be replaced with people that want to work and care about the customers. Itâs obvious from other reviews that this place has a huge problem with their employees and customer service. Maybe they need a new owner too.

Who doesn't love ice cream? And in my opinion this is the place to get it. Creamy and thick. Made fresh in the store according to them? Either way, the best ice cream I have ever had. Large variety of flavors and creations. Waffle cone or cup. Largest selection of toppings I've seen. So many different options. I usually got cheesecake with Graham cracker topping. They offer shakes, cakes and more. You can watch as they roll your ice cream for your creation. Whole experience is fun. Usually busy, so be prepared for a wait. We'll worth it though. Service is fast and friendly. Atmosphere exceptionally clean. My only dislike was I didn't get a "Thank you" for my tips. Love going here. Highly recommend it.

Very clean, pleasant, polite staff. The ice cream is consistently delicious and open until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
The ice cream is good. Service was not the best. The girl ringing us up was complaining to us that more people were coming in for ice cream. They didnât close for another 40 minutes. Doesnât really make you feel welcomed as a customer. We even tried a positive note saying âmaybe more tips!â but she kept complaining about people coming in and how she wanted to have a quick close.

Donât even bother coming here or even trying to, itâs completely understaffed, thereâs no available parking, line is always out the door. Stopped there for an HOUR to move 10 feet. Gave up and went home. Never coming back ridiculous wait times.

Very long line. Server forgot to put ice cream in a waffle bowl. After she transferred it to the waffle bowl, it melted all over. It was melting all over when she handed it to me. We went to sit, and there are only 8 chairs TOTAL for 4 tables. The tables were filthy from previous patrons. Not an experience I would pay these premium prices for again.
