Who doesn't love ice cream? And in my opinion this is the place to get it. Creamy and thick. Made fresh in the store according to them? Either way, the best ice cream I have ever had. Large variety of flavors and creations. Waffle cone or cup. Largest selection of toppings I've seen. So many different options. I usually got cheesecake with Graham cracker topping. They offer shakes, cakes and more. You can watch as they roll your ice cream for your creation. Whole experience is fun. Usually busy, so be prepared for a wait. We'll worth it though. Service is fast and friendly. Atmosphere exceptionally clean. My only dislike was I didn't get a "Thank you" for my tips. Love going here. Highly recommend it.

My friend and I got cake batter ice cream yesterday from this location. I ended up getting food poison, I'm in the worst pain. I can't believe this. Will never be returning

The ice cream is good. Service was not the best. The girl ringing us up was complaining to us that more people were coming in for ice cream. They didn’t close for another 40 minutes. Doesn’t really make you feel welcomed as a customer. We even tried a positive note saying “maybe more tips!” but she kept complaining about people coming in and how she wanted to have a quick close.

The items you order they do not put in your Togo bags and you find out when you get home sadly. So double check.

Don’t even bother coming here or even trying to, it’s completely understaffed, there’s no available parking, line is always out the door. Stopped there for an HOUR to move 10 feet. Gave up and went home. Never coming back ridiculous wait times.

Very long line. Server forgot to put ice cream in a waffle bowl.
After she transferred it to the waffle bowl, it melted all over. It was melting all over when she handed it to me. We went to sit, and there are only 8 chairs TOTAL for 4 tables. The tables were filthy from previous patrons. Not an experience I would pay these premium prices for again.

Great! I got the new minion icecream, and it was so creamy, and the waffle cone was so crunchy and buttery, and it was like a whole new experience. 100000000/5 stars.

Terrible customer service tonight! Not only was the line through the door an hour before their posted closing time, but their employees all seemed to be in a "mood". It had been years since my last visit and I don't plan on running back anytime soon. My kids and I will be cooling off elsewhere this Summer.

Bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods: Waffle cone batter was placed in waffle iron, taken out of waffle iron with utensil and then rolled with bare hands to create a waffle cone.
Food-contact surfaces: An employee stated that blenders used for shakes are only rinsed with water after use and kept at room temperature, and are cleaned only every eight hours.
Poisonous/toxic chemical storage: One chemical bottle was stored on hand sink, one stored on a metal rack above ready-to-eat food.
They must have changed the methods and now understand the proper temperature and cleaning needed to prevent food contamination. Good that the employee told the truth so the problem could be addressed.
Parking: Look for a space in the shade, it gets really hot, Take your pets inside with you and give them fresh water.

0/10 found a hair tie in my daughter’s ice cream
I normally like to bring my family here as it's a fun snack for everybody. It was concerning when I came today and there was a homeless person who smelled like a trash can charging his three devices off of an outlet in the seating area while he mumbled to himself. Nonsensical crazy talk. Makes me seriously consider coming back to this business. I feel like at a certain point employees should trespass people who have no real purpose here.I understand the business owner has his response but ultimately it's private property and is his and his employees responsibility to trespass people who do not belong. It's up to him to decide whether or not he wants to allow this atmosphere to continue in his store. All you have to do is tell the gentleman he is trespassed and he needs to leave. If he refuses then call the police and say I want him arrested. It's just that simple. If given that circumstance the police refused to show up and refuse to arrest him, then I would certainly say that it's not your fault. But if you've not gone down that path yet then I don't see how you can just blame society for this issue.I unfortunately will likely not be returning to the store based off of this response.
