the girl behind the counter with the long black curly hair and miss me jeans needs an attitude check. made a comment when sampling that i thought something tasted different than what it was labeled and she proceeded to repeat what i said out loud to the associate next to her and glare at me. never have had an experience like this at cold stone…rude and uncalled for

so being the only one in reno, i believe it's worth the drive from anywhere! their ice cream mixes are like no other. they have a variety of different mixes and you can even create your own! i always get the chocolate devotion (i'm a chocolate lover) comes with brownie, chocolate chips, chocolate syrup in of course chocolate ice cream! i order it even even with chocolate covered cone in a cup.3 stars, because i really wish they offered better seating. you're lucky to snag an empty seat in there depending on just pure luck. they only have 4 small tables and that's it! being the only cold stone in town, i expect some more! the young staff were nice and did a great job though. of course ill come back!

My absolute go to for ice cream! I love all the different combinations they offer and have to choose from! The store is always clean! The service is always amazing! The best part is the reward point you earn! Always easy and fast pick up for when I place an online order! The only thing is, I wish more were in town!

We love ice cream and really enjoy coming to Cold Stone Creamery for our fix! I believe that this is now the only location in town, so this place usually has a line, but the line moves fast, and plus the ice cream is worth the wait! There are 3 sizes, the "like it," love it" and the "gotta have it." The price difference is only 50 cents when you go up in size, which makes it very tempting to get the largest size! You can choose between one of their special creations or you can make make your own. I like to do a hybrid, I always order their cheesecake fantasy and substitute the graham crackers for yellow cake and add whipped cream. It is so GOOD!! There are 4 tables inside where you can sit down and eat your ice cream at, which is convenient if don't want to wait until you get home to eat it. They also have different creations depending on the season or holiday!

I'm a big fan of ice cream and thoroughly enjoy the convenience of the availability of a chain store like Cold Stone. I've visited this new location twice now. They previously had been across the shopping center in a smaller location. This new building is very nice, and has a much better flow for getting in and out of the venue. Staff has been efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location if you love Cold Stone.

Check came to $ 7.04 as the wife was handing the young cashier a $20.00 I said here's a nickel. She couldn't make change and said "I already entered the $20 so here's you nickel and change from the twenty.She can't seem to add or subtract, why is she a cashier? Stupid I should have asked for the manager.

Third time trying to just get through the line. Something has to be very special about their ice cream but somehow I doubt it’s worth thirty minutes of waiting in a line that doesn’t move. Could be cosmic interference telling me to avoid the obscene calories.

The ice cream is good, I alternate between Founders Favorite, and Cookie Dougn't you want some. The not good part is the line! Usually a liong slow..line.. Today was no different...waiting...and waiting...I was tempted to cut and run to Baskin Robbin's (in the same shopping center).
