“I stopped here while passing through and was not disappointed by the experience. The biscuits are really great and probably the best thing that I had. Just a biscuit with butter and marionberry jam was the most exquisite bite. I didn’t super love the chicken fried steak, it was just okay to me. Don’t sleep on the mushroom gravy though, I liked it better than the sausage gravy but both were good. I think the sausage gravy is slightly sweeter if you’re trying to decide. I was bummed that jam was an extra cost but it was worth it — one order of jam was enough to share with two people.“

“Omg, one of the best birria’s ever. The sauce, the meat, everything is packed with flavor and the cheese just melts taking it to a new level.

This is my go to when I’m in Jalisco or eat at a Mexican restaurant in the US. Sabroso just schooled them all on what proper birria should be.“
