I've never been to Naples or even New York but I've worked for old New York Italian pizzaiolos and have been making pizzas for decades now. This is the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is perfect in every way, it's the perfect thickness, perfect chew and the flavor is absolutely the best I've ever tasted. I don't know if it's the flour or the water or the conditioning it goes through or all three, it's just simply the best ever. The sauce is simple - lightly seasoned tomato sauce as you would expect, not overdone in any way. The cheese is real mozz, the best you can hope for. Blown away by the simple perfection of Cosmos pizza! (The Negroni on tap was wonderfull too!)

Super cute new spot near Wells. Pizza, cocktails, starters and a chill vibe with counter service. Super nice folks working. We loved the tin fish appetizer -- salty and citrusy and light. The meatballs were also incredible. I'll come back just for those. The carajillo had great espresso flavor and their red wine by the glass was tasty and not too sweet.

Cosmos Snack bar has been on my radar for a long while. A friend and I talked about getting together for a leap year/belated birthday/Galentines celebration. I suggested Cosmos and she was all for it. I found street parking pretty easy, considering it was a rainy night. My friend had asked if she could park in the lot. I read in another review that that is permitted but by the time I found the info she found her spot down the street. The staff working was great, super welcoming and allowed me to study the menu and grab a seat but informing me that orders are taken at the counter. My friend and I decided to split the special pizza which had kale, sausage, mozzarella. I told my friend "we're eating healthy since it has kale on it" haha. It was truly one of the best pizzas I have enjoyed in a long while. We found it interesting that it was served on a large can of sauce maybe but a cool creative concept. We also got lucky in coming on a Thursday where Spritzs are $10 all day. Similar to another Yelper I looked up each of the different liquor bases. Upon asking for what would be a sweeter I had went with my initial choice of Italicus. A lot of these liquors reminded me of my grannie who had her roots from Italy. I think this place was romantic, but it was also a great place to catch up with one another without having to shout over loud volume or music. I definitely would come back and add an appetizer as well as dessert as good as we enjoyed everything I can only imagine it being even more great.

DELIGHTFUL! The menu is full of fun and delicious food, treats and great drinks. I haven't seen a white pizza in years and was so glad to get it! And a carajillo?! Soo special that someone knows this drink, appreciates it and serves a really yummy one! The space is gorgeous and unexpected - and though sort of self serve, the staff and owner are so friendly and helpful. A new go to for sure!

Simple straightforward menu with all the basics you could want for a casual Italian place. Lots of seating but they get really busy on Saturday at dinner time. During the summer they have outdoor seating as well. The menu is on the pricier side but let me tell you it is well worth it. This is some of the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is thin and perfectly cooked and so soft it just melts in your mouth. The meatballs were perfectly seasoned and tender. And the salad was absolutely perfect. Crunchy and flavorful, sweet and savory, and perfectly dressed. The best combination for the rich pizza. They have a full bar and make one of the behest aperol spritz in town, but I also tried their olive oil martini which was light and fresh. The anchovy stuffed olives are a must. The atmosphere here is very casual and the staff is so friendly. One of the best new restaurants here in Reno and I will be recommending it to everyone I know!

Loved the margarita pizza add sausage and the seasonal kale salad. I could have used another dressing for the salad as it was so yummy

If you want to feel like you stepped from Reno into an episode of Master of None from Netflix, Cosmos Snack Bar is your place. The ambiance in this place is off the charts! Such a cool vibe in there it feels like you're a main character in a show. The staff are so friendly and hit the perfect line between customer service and a friend asking if you need something to eat or drink. I really enjoyed the interior design in this place and am looking forward to the patio during the warmer months. The pizza is very well made and New York style (if you're asking me, I'm no expert, I just like pizza) and had great leoparding on the bottom with a good yeasty dough. They use good quality pepperoni and from the other people's pizzas we saw it seemed the other toppings were of the same quality. Their tomato sauce is almost PERFECT and was amazing with their meatballs, which we scarfed down so fast I forgot to take a picture. The reason for not hitting a full 5 stars for me was the white pizza. It did unfortunately lack a bit of the punchy flavors their tomato pizza had. The cashier was surprised when we didn't want to add toppings to it which scared me a bit, as that means they're probably aware its a little plain. Though I feel like a white pizza should be good as is (again, no expert!). This by no means made it a bad eat, but will definitely add some toppings next time, as we plan on being back regardless! The affogato was also amazing, do not forget to top off dinner with one of those.

Had the Kale salad, the Red Pizza, the Special Pizza and some of their homemade ice cream. The food was out of this world and reminded me of of some of the best pizza I have had in NYC and SF. Met one of the owners (I understand it's two brothers. He was super friendly and really wanted to know what we thought. This is a sure thing!

Love this new pizza joint in midtown. I am not totally in love with the location and it was hard to locate since they don't have a sign. Everything else was great! I love the wood fired pizza they offer and they have good beer selection on tap! The service was great and friendly. Great place to take your friends and fun casual date spot!

None of the previous negative reviews applied to us. Either because we were prepared for the experience or those events simply didn't happen. We had our order taken at the counter by one or the owners. He explained a little about the restaurant and the name. We got the carrots, one of the liqueur spritzers, and a special pizza that wasn't even on the menu yet. Although the restaurant is set up to help yourself to many things- plates, water, silverware etc, the he service was still great. Food was excellent. The owner came by our table to ask our opinion on the pizza as they were still considering some things before taking that item "public". The interior was cute with great ambiance. Finding the place without looking for it might be a little tough. It's kind of tucked away and hidden from Wells, the main street you'd take to get there. We were seeing a play at Reno Little Theater and this restaurant had a great location for that. We were able to park for the play and the restaurant at a convenient location for both.

Lovely spot for pizza and drinks. Elegant setting with laid back vibe. Order at the counter but staff was helpful. Good beer selection. We got a white pizza with kale and sausage that was great.

My husband and I went here on a double date, and we had a great time here. The location is so modern and tastefully decorated in a minimalist style. It's cozy but contains many booths and tables. I appreciated being able to order and pay at the front and not having the table experience mediated by servers. The pizza was huge and delicious. You can see it going in to the wood-fired oven, and the staff will put a huge can of tomatoes on your table as a stand and then put the pizza on the stand. I knew the drill because I read other Yelp reviews before going, but it was funny to see our friend's surprise "because we didn't order a can of tomatoes." We ordered two pizzas for four people and devoured 2-4 slices each, and we were able to take some home as leftovers. They were delicious the next day. I loved their huge selection of spritzes, which made the experience feel so elevated. I only wish they had a tiny explanation of all the different Italian liquor options. I was googling on my phone what the differences are between aperol, campari, cynar, montenegro, and italicus. TL;DR, they are all delicious! There are a few spots of dedicated parking in the back if you don't like parking on the street.
