It was cold in the restaurant (no fire & fans running on a cold day) & the waiter was unconcerned about that. The Country fried steak & mashed potatoes didn't have much flavor nor did husbands turnip greens. All of the food seems unhealthy except for the salad which was very good although I would prefer crispy bacon bits not the soft kind. We did not get a choice of biscuits or corn bread. We used to really like the meat loaf at Victorville , CA. location & some of the other entrees. Do different locations have different food? I am disappointed & sorry to complain but that is how it is. I wish the gift store had try on rooms. Thanks

Went to Cracker Barrel Reno for breakfast. Haven't been to Cracker Barrel since we were in Peoria AZ for breakfast. The menu has changed since we were there last for breakfast. No more omelets ANYWHERE. Sure, you could "build" your own. Not the same. The good news: Service was pretty good. Food: Not so much. The breakfast was only warm to the touch, not hot as breakfast should be. And for me personally, the food was WAAAAAY too salty, almost like the food was bathed in salt before cooking. Gonna be a while till we return there for breakfast.

Food was so bad I took 2 bites and was done so gross I can't believe that this is a place that serves food to people. Omg i need to get this taste of that nasty food out of my mouth. It was so disgusting I will not ever waste my time going there again I should have went to McDonald's across the street or just licked my dogs butt hole

Had the worst experience ever at a cracker barrel at this one, and we've been to many all across the United States. First our service was poor, we sat for over 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment. The portions were way wrong. I mean one small slice of meatloaf, we all ordered muffins we got 1, and we were told they were making more but never saw them. We even asked to speak with a manager but she wouldn't even come to our table. We won't be back, and it's too bad because we have always loved cracker barrel. 75 dollars for the worst double date ever.

We have always enjoyed eating at the Cracker Barrel but tonight the experience we had in the gift shop was extraordinary. We have a granddaughter who is currently in the hospital and we were specifically looking for items for her and the assistant manager, Will W went out of his way to help us with what we were looking for. In addition, his kind heartedness was above and beyond. We will be absolutely coming back because of people like Will working there.

Went there this past weekend and the food was disappointing to say the least. The servers are very nice and understanding but the steak was almost raw and very hard to chew. Our server forgot we ordered an appetizer and when I ordered my food they wrote down something different. I don’t like to complain so I just left it alone but me and my family will not be going back there.

It is just ok. Really pricey for the food you get. I like the atmosphere, but the service is hit or miss.

I asked for hash browns with no onions. They refused.
No customer service.
I will NEVER xome to a cracker barrel again.
I sat and did not eat.
If I'm paying for my food, I want it prepared how I like it.

First-time customers. Disappointed to say the least. They ran out of cornbread. Waited 14 minutes for the entree, and then a man came to the table, i am assuming a manager. No introduction of any kind. He told us 15 more minutes for the chicken.
When the chicken did arrive, the breading was over salted, and the chicken was very dry. No offer of a discount.
Management is poor. Food is not the best. The waiter tried to seem engaged.
We will not be returning.
