With our family of 7 all in town we went to Crafted Palette for a painting session with David. It was our second time doing this and both times it has been just magical. I cannot say enough good things about David’s skills as a painter or a musician or a human being. We all loved the experience. And the staff for Crafted Palette at the bar were awesome too. One of the best cosmos I’ve had in a long time.Kid-friendliness: We had an eight year old in our group, and she loved the experience.

Asked to purchase a painting on the wall. The employee discussed with the manager and then told me it was too difficult to take it off the wall at the moment because they were so busy. I was the only person in line and there were only 2 other people in the store who had already been served and were enjoying their coffees. They asked me to come back tomorrow when they were less busy? How less busy can you be? This location obviously does not care about their customers or the local artists they claim to support.

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered with delivery app. The croissant sandwich was a joke.. Two tic-tax sized onions. About 2cents worth of Canadian bacon. Part of the bread on one was burnt. I had to cook at home to fill the “bread sandwich” to make it edible. The hash browns were cold and partially black burnt. (Cold might not be their fault) The egg on the eggs Benedict waffle was over cooked. The item was just not good.. Do you guys understand an egg should be prepared over-easy for this dish? The customer should be able to break the yolk. No utensils. No napkins. This is 101 stuff cmon—no good guys.. You couldn’t give me a $1000 gift card to order here again. Sorry for the harsh truth.

Ordered 4 pies for delivery for the first time trying this place. Beef Wellington, southwest chicken or something like that, shrimp scampi or something like that, and a peaches and cream dessert pie, the Beef Wellington was ok taste wise the filling had like no substance to it it was more like a blended mash I didn't get one piece of steak or pepper. Not even a mushroom. The only thing that saved it was a little cup of gravy that came with it that I dipped it in. Then the peaches and cream I counted 4 pieces of peach in the whole thing the rest was runny White cream sauce that wasn't sweet at all not sure where the brown sugar they mentioned was but it wasn't in or on the pie. I gave my father the shrimp pie and he threw it away after bites saying there's no shrimp in it just a thick kinda sauce and some pasta. I took it out of the trash and opened it up and that's the one picture. My wife didn't even try the chicken after that. I pie crust was good but the filling was very poorly done.

Stayed at a hotel close to here and just decided to go in and get some coffee, not really expecting much. I'm so glad I decided to because the food is AMAZING, as well as the coffee. My husband and I loved it so much we took some extra food and coffee to go to have during our road trip. Cannot recommend this place enough, next time I go to Reno it'll be the first place I stop at. Also the workers there are so nice and friendly, you can tell they really care about providing the best experience possible

I went there with my daughter-in-law and some friends for a night out. When we walked in, we weren’t acknowledged. We had to get their attention, since they were so busy, talking amongst themselves. We went there for the painting class. The instructor talked all night long about himself and Flirted with married women all night long. Music was not to par and lousy. He spilled water all over me. It was not enjoyable. Not relaxing whatsoever. I would never return to this place again. Parking was a nightmare. My daughter-in-law ordered a sandwich when we first got there. We’re the only people there, and they forgot to serve her sandwich! Not worth the money in my opinion. If you’re looking for a relaxation and a good experience, this is not it.

I highly recommend this coffee bar as it deserves a perfect 5-star rating. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us choose from their authentic menu, which features many in-house made ingredients. The atmosphere is both inspiring and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and trying out their paint nights!
