This place is amazing! We were traveling from Ca for my husbands work. We love finding nutrition shops and this one was one of the best we have found! I got the otter pop tea and it was delicious. I’m pregnant and picky and we actually had a mishap and it spilt before I could finish it. My husband went back and we even got a discount on our second one! Clean and friendly environment with amazing heathy options. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed.

First time in today and was greeted with a calm and welcoming staff. It appears the owner is who made my drink with exactly what I was looking for close to home. Immunity boost lemonade with caffeine. Delicious and the entire drink was explained to me as this was a combination of 3 different options specifically made to help us with immunity boosting. It's amazing to have a business that is here to deliver great quality product and service to our community. Thank you again!

They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful in walking me through their menu of protein shakes, smoothies, and teas. You can tell they put a lot of pride into what they do — everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s rare to find such great service and a warm atmosphere these days. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place! I live in Sparks and I find myself looking for excuses to get to Reno so I can stop by and grab my protein shake and a power tea. I also love that they cater to kids too. Everything I have tried has tasted so good and it actually helps me when I have a craving for something sweet because it is actually good for you. I also love that they clearly tell you what is in the shake because I like knowing what I’m consuming. I can’t wait until my next visit :)

Plus they have muffins or protein balls but I have not tried those yet. The owners are very nice and very helpful and don't mind answering questions!! Keep up the great work!!!!
