I stopped by for the first time today and was so impressed! This is a wonderful family-run business that truly cares about their customers. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful in walking me through their menu of protein shakes, smoothies, and teas. You can tell they put a lot of pride into what they do — everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. It’s rare to find such great service and a warm atmosphere these days. I’ll definitely be back!

I love this place! I live in Sparks and I find myself looking for excuses to get to Reno so I can stop by and grab my protein shake and a power tea. I also love that they cater to kids too. Everything I have tried has tasted so good and it actually helps me when I have a craving for something sweet because it is actually good for you. I also love that they clearly tell you what is in the shake because I like knowing what I’m consuming. I can’t wait until my next visit :)

The best health shake place in business right now!!!! This family ran business has great protein shakes that actually taste good!!! Great energy teas that also taste great!!!!! Plus they have muffins or protein balls but I have not tried those yet. The owners are very nice and very helpful and don't mind answering questions!! Keep up the great work!!!!

Went in looking for something to eat based on Google, not knowing too much of the place beforehand. When I discovered they only sell shakes (from what I can tell, so far), and they've stated that it's water-based on meal supplements, I felt like I was going in for disappointment. However, I was immediately blown apart from expectations. Not only was the service phenomenal and welcoming in a completely natural, non-intrusive manner, the funfetti shake I've received was phenomenal, I was quickly full, AND for first time customers you get a coupon! I'm absolutely coming back in and recommending this place to my bodybuilder + casual workout buddies. While in my car enjoying the funfetti shake, I debated on going back in to order another lol!
