After waiting and questioning if the store was closed someone finally came on the speaker and took our order. When we went to pay we were prompted for a tip which is ridiculous to even ask at a fast food drive thru not to mention one where you're left shouting HELLO because nobody is greeting you. Upon leaving we realized what we were eating was not what was ordered. They managed to miss 2/2 of simple orders for blizzards. No fancy leave this or add that just straight up the wrong ones. At this point I was laughing that they gave me an option to tip especially in a service where its not the norm. DQ already seems to struggle to keep locations open and I'm sure someone put some good money into this venture. With employees and service like this its hard to see this location being the example rather than the statistic.

Stopped in for lunch, no other patrons were there. Very clean and fresh. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable about menu options. Looked for something spicy, and staff recommended flamethrower. It met the goal. Several drinks options.

The only reason I dont give a 5 stars is dairy queen skimps out on the amount of fries you get with the tender boxes. very small complaint, but I always call out business being cheap.
That said, everything else is pretty fantastic. Never had an issue with food quality, and the one time I had to wait a bit for food to come out they also gave me a cone for the inconvenience without me even complaining, so def impressed by this place!

Have not been to a DQ in years and saw locations in Reno and SPARKS. Looking thru the menu I didn't see (Root Beer) freezes or (Coke) floats listed. Are those no longer available?

Wow, Im surprised to see the 1star complaints. We eat here all the time, and have nothing but good things to report. Consistent good food, clean dining area, friendly staff.

Extremely impressed with the service at 9pm with a line. I cannot say the last time fast food made an impression on me for the service. But from the person who took the order to the window lady who offered free pup cups to our sweet boys in the back. 3 really good employee interactions on one visit goes a long way. You don’t see that often.

A very clean NEW establishment. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It is pricey though but that is the norm nowadays. We will return when we are in town.

We need a quick meal with our grandkids! We had burgers fries chicken sticks and blizzards! Everything was great and Peyton our clerk was the best. She was fast efficient and so friendly. Even got our dog a pup cup. Best experience at a DQ ever. Thanks Peyton.

Expensive, blizzards look good on top but are not blended correctly. They ask for a donation at the ordering station, then ask for a tip when you pay at drive through? McDonald's is in the same parking lot, 1/2 the price and they don’t shake you down for donating and tips…
