They overcharge and then short you the food , never return calls to refund over 12 dollars I was charged for absolutely nothing. Get staff that knows the menu and how to ring up and charge correctly. I called 800 customer service number and they were no help. T

By far the worst Del Taco I've ever been to. Usually cheese is fresh and tacos are crisp. Their cheese here is dead and tacos came out soggy. At all other Del Taco locations I've been to, the churros are got fresh and awesome. These were overcooked and totally dead on arrival. Burritos here are also completely lame. It's like they let the ingredients sit out on the counter. Probably overdue for a health department inspection because the team here clearly does not care about keeping high standards like every other Del Taco. Bummer...

I originally ordered my food through the drive-through, but my order was incorrect so I came on the inside of the building to get the right order and the process of them correcting my order. I witnessed one of the workers take the food that I had and touched dumped it back into the fryer and recooked the fry’s I waited to see what she was going to do about with them and and when I watch her pour the fries that she got from me and recooked back into the tray I said something the girl that did it stated they wasn’t for me they where for another customer I immediately let her know how nasty and disgusting that is to take someone else else’s food that they already touched on and separate to another customer. Also the damn Manger was right there when she did it

Service at this location is very inconsistent and generally poor for the drive through. This evening I asked twice for 7 mild sauce and was given 4 and also no straw for my drink. Three out of the last four times I visited this location my fries were either ‘refried’, so crunchy, or lukewarm at best.
6/22/25 (Update) - went through the drive-in around 11:20pm and received lukewarm fries with my order. There were no other vehicles at the time in the drive through so I’m guessing I got the leftover fries that were previously made on a prior order. Very disappointing.
