Our 1st time hear. Daughter ordered chicken qaesadilla meal. She says hers is better. Wife got crispy chicken strips. They were not crispy. Seemed like stretched out Dino nuggets. I got a shrimp taco and a fish taco. I was pleased with mine. Fries are decent. I would probably come and try other types of tacos. Idk.

I used to think the food here was very good, but the last two times I have been here in Dec. January, the food has changed. The beans are tasteless. Whoever is cooking or seasoning them has no idea. The lettuce not as Crispy, So whatever happened do something about the taste, because after coming here for years, I’m not going back.

Im so sick and tired of paying exorbitant prices to have food delivered via doordash and then the people working at del taco cannot even bother to complete the bare minimum of actually giving me everything i have paid for. How hard is it to confirm the number of items match on the order? So now i get to deal with doordash and they can decide i get a refund or they can just tell me to kick rocks even though i spent a crazy amount of money getting it delivered. Its ridiculous and im so sick of it. Do these employees ever stop to consider that forgetting items or making mistakes on ingredients has actual consequences? Ill tell you; they do not care in the slightest. It happens SO GDAMN OFTEN and doordash at a certain point just stops giving refunds…

Slow to take order. Long waits to get your order. Cant use drive through with large vechiles because the max height bar sags over a foot and has been that way for years

The tacos are always fresh! I had to take a phone call from my nurse while I was in the drive-thru and the wait staff was understanding and friendly regarding that. I was happy it was not a busy time. We don't have del Taco in the town where I live so I'm always happy to pick up a taco when I'm in Reno!
The only reason I left a 4 for atmosphere is because I dont go in ever so I just gotta keep it somewhat honest but I do not want to give it a bad review in anyway this is by far my favorite Del Taco location and one of the biggest reason is one of your employees Matt. He is the absolute nicest guy I have had help me at your location and because of the amazing service I receive from him taking time to talk to me if it is slow or just being bubbly friendly and quick when it is busy, he is the type of employee that makes going to a place worth it because I know I will get exactly what I need from him whilst getting help from a very genuine guy! He is an amazing employee and I very much also enjoy the food here too!

It's 10am. This store is filthy. Dining room floor is dirty, looks like it hasn't been mopped in a month. Not a single table is clean. They haven't been cleaned off since the previous day. The one I chose is sticky.
This branch just needs good management...
