If you come in and see a smiling face with a backwards hat, just know that he cares to get your order right, all while dealing with rude, lingering drug addicts outside. Matthew is worth more than he is paid.

The Denny's on Wells, their menu doesn't have the prices. Buyer beware! My bill was over $60, even with an AARP discount. Me and my roommate had steaks and eggs, coffee, and I had one soda. Ouch!! We could have ordered the same thing at Cal Neva (50% discount for seniors) and my bill would have been around $20, tops. We could have went to Outback Steakhouse, for what we paid at Denny's, and had such a larger and better meal. Next time I will require a menu with prices. Outrageous Denny's!! 😳🙄😒

So we all know what we're getting when we go to Denny's right?? It ain't gourmet food we're looking for. I just want it fast, relatively cheap and by someone that gets it to my table fast and somewhat intact.

Apparently, I was the wrong color for them.
Hostess was abrasive and aloof immediately, completely ignored when I asked for a booster seat and just walked away.
Waited 15 min. before even asked about water.
It was not busy, and I watched them seat and immediately serve people that came in after us that all must have been the right color.
Another 15 minutes before someone came to take our order.
They got the very simple order wrong in multiple ways and almost everything was poorly cooked. (The eggs were practically raw).
I watched every person that came in while we were there get served immediately, with very welcoming attitudes.
Never offered us a refill on waters, but did so to the rest of the patrons.
They should just put up a sign saying "_____ are not welcome here."

Apparently it’s to go only. Don’t bother coming in they only take to go and will ask you to leave stating “too busy” even thought there is literally 4 tables being used.

Went to eat late night, The sprite tasted like old water, The bread tasted like it was moldy, the sausage was very hard, Idk what happened as Denny's usually has good food, sadly the whole thing was not good.

We ordered online with delivery from door dash and we ordered the turkey fiesta that has cranberry sauce on it. When it was delivered the sandwiches were chicken. I caalled to complain cause it was an orde For $70.00. I talked to the manager and he said it was doordashes fault and he hung up on me after saying it wasn't his problem. I'm so appalled and offended. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I won't ever go or order again. In fact I'm calling corporate as I write this review.

When my grandson and I walked in there we were told that people were ordering food online so it would be about an hour Wait. We had nothing to do so we thought what the hell we sat down the waiter came over Ask us what we'd like to drink we told him then he asked if we'd like to order so we did. About 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes I drank my soda I put it over towards the end of the table the waiter walked back-and-forth past it so did other people About 20 minutes maybe 30 minutes I drank my soda I put it over towards the end of the table the waiter walked back-and-forth past it so did other people No one bothered to ask if I would like another drink. I moved my cup to the end of the waited maybe another 15 minutes a few more waiters and dishwashers or table cleaners walk back and forth still no one asked if I would like another drink. I then had to ask the waiter if I could please have another drink my grandson got done with his and the same thing asked if he could have another soda. The restaurant itself was not crowded. I understand these waiters and waitresses work on tips as well But when you're not busy and you're that lazy to not ask if you'd like another drink or 2 even check on you is really sad even after leaving A $25 tip I left $5 on the table. I assume it was the manager a little short chubby lady she did not even bother to ask if we would like another drink or how were things going It was like no one existed on Christmas Day. But for the price of what they charged for that food for 2 eggs two Slices toast hash Browns and my grandson got I think bacon Some waffles and I can't remember what else but it came to I think with the tip $69 For shitty service. Why did we tip so much that's how people in the food industry still respect others in Reno An Las Vegas
Parking: Be prepared to get shitty service Denny's used to be a great place to go with the family and sit down. But nowadays it's just a burden to even walk in
